Came out of the cold to visit for a cold brew and some food! We were greeted by a friendly bartender who directed us to the beer menu. After a tasting, we settled on a delicious oatmeal stout. Then, we ordered the potato knock and the Cubano panini. Both were delicious! It was a busy atmosphere on a sunny Sunday! Service was quick and food was delicious! We will definitely be back. Oh, and we took home a 4-pk from their extensive selection from their beer cooler!

The Lock Tender is a hidden gem in Lockport! They’ve got 18 beers on tap—including a couple sours at all times—and a fridge stocked with around 100 different cans covering every beer style you can think of. The craft beer selection is top-notch and always changing, which keeps things exciting. They recently started serving food, and the smash burgers and tacos are absolutely killer. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, and a perfect spot to hang out. Can’t recommend it enough!

The Lock Tender has a large variety of beers on tap, as well as ciders and wine. You are even able to mix and match different cans to take home- very cool feature. I met the owner, Seth, while visiting and he always engages his customers and has even asked for feedback! He seems very involved and his staff is always kind and knowledgeable. Make sure you check out the brunch too!

Great smaller bar. Very cozy. Older-ish crowd. My wife and I have been enjoying our date nights here when we can get away from the kids for a few hours. Huge selection of beer from the lightest lights to the heaviest darks. If you like beer, you’ll definitely find something here you enjoy. All the food we have tried has been delicious, especially the different types of Knish. The noise inside is at a perfect level, mostly just general chit chat amongst the customer. We are actually able to enjoy a conversation with eachother and not be drowned out by super loud music or patrons. The service all around has been exceptional as well. I cant even find anything to complain about if I tried.

Congrats to Seth and the crew on their success and their one year anniversary. This hidden gem is a must visit for those who like options when it comes to craft beers.
