Second time eating here was much better than the first. First time it was slow and ended up being burnt. They had just opened. Decided to try again now that the hype has settled down and was very pleased. Two employees working were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the food was great. The fresh mozzarella is so yummy. If you tried Blaze right when they opened and were not impressed, I would definitely recommend giving them a second chance. They have worked out the kinks and have great food.

What a neat concept! It’s like Subway for pizzas, except you don’t have to beg and plead for more olives, or other ingredients, they just put them on your pie! Choose your toppings, create your ultimate pizza, and they bake it for you. If you don’t like it, blame yourself!. Prices are fair for the pizza, the topping selections are bountiful, and the staff was very eager to help. Great concept, great pizza, excellent value!

We have love to blaze Pizza since they opened. In particular I have always really enjoyed their traditional gluten free crust. It had lots of flavor and was made fresh in the store. So then it’s a huge disappointment that they removed it from the menu. My review would have been 5 stars but getting rid of the gluten-free rice flower crust was huge. I decided to have an open mind and try the cauliflower crust. Disappointed! The crust is dry and pre-made, not in the store. I think the $3 up charge is just a rip-off. Sorry blaze you just moved down two notches for me and there’s a lot of competition. Oh I will be back for sure but probably not as often. Not as enticing as it once was when you had the rice flour crust.

Have enjoyed their pizzas on several occasions. Pizzas have always been delicious and the staff is always friendly! Recently went on Monday during their down time and even though there seemed to be 4 people on the clock the only one doing anything was Bridget. She was on it and awesome! As a restaurant manager I just wanted to make sure she got her props since she didnt seem to really be getting any assistance from her “team”!!! Keep up the great work Bridget!!! We will definitely be back! 🙂

Had this for the first time yesterday, it was wonderful. A little on the pricey side but for what you get and the quality of the food, it’s worth it. The toppings were all fresh and the ladies who were serving me behind the counter took the time to ask me if there was enough of each topping on the pizza before continuing to the next item. The mozzarella and tomato salad was also wonderful. You have a garlic-pesto sauce like no other. For the amount of people in the building, the food came out surprisingly fast, one after the other. Will be going back again, excited to try something different!
