I placed a order for 2 medium pizza, one pepperoni lovers, hand tossed and one super supreme pan with extra cheese. Now we have to pay extra for cheese and for it to be pan, but then they send me 2 hand tossed pizzas with no extra cheese, and no pan!!! When I call the store to talk to manager, and I inform the clerk of the issue, she tells me to call back in 10-15 mins cause they are busy!!!! She did not seem to care that my order was messed up at all. Did not apologize or anything. Didnt care to tell manager, jist say call back, they are busy. This world has just went to shit. There is no more customer service. They don’t care if your food is right or not, you pay extra for items and get nothing!!!!!!

I haven’t been here in about 5 years because its not on my side of town and the buffet time is so short so I was so excited to come today! The hostess that was going to seat us asked if a high top was ok, because it was pretty busy. We told her we would prefer a booth. She shook her head and sighed and said let me see if I can get someone to clean it. She didn’t realize my mom is handicapped and I’m 9 months pregnant and a high top would have been difficult for us. Another woman who has been working there I’d say about 20 years, sat us and was nice! The food was VERY good despite how busy it was! The cinnamon sticks were really good too! And they even have a salad bar! After we paid our waitress, the waitress/hostess from before came and apologized for being rude and said it was just due to the stress from the high volume of customers. We accepted and told her to have a good day. The bathroom could be a lil cleaner, but it does have a changing table and plenty of soap! Over all our experience was good and I’m STUFFED! Will come back as soon as I can!

Do not bother ordering the cinnamon rolls. This is how they were delivered to me they were also undercooked so each one had raw gummy dough in the middle.

Always delicious pizza! You can’t beat a personal pan pizza and wings for under $10. Cameron is great too. He is always nice and helpful.

I’m thinking change pizza hut. My last pizza got there was ok. Did not taste like one in Pensacola Florida. Other then that enjoy it. Just got larger pizza three topics.

I was recovering in a local hotel and had a service dog, needing some dinner I ordered a quick pizza not expecting too much in an out of area city. My surprise was super service, a perfect pizza exactly as ordered and super hot! The driver came to my hotel room door, the store text me in advance his name and that he was at the hotel. I felt so grateful and when I opened the door, my delivery man was dressed professionally, clean, polite and it was just the best service I’ve ever had while traveling.
I know it’s JUST a pizza however, they are easily screwed up and this was great, so they deserve a KUDOS
