4 days a week, I go into TSC in Saginaw Michigan, on state st. I ordered the same thing. A avacoloda smoothie and a 3 cheese chicken with Chipotle sauce.(super delicious) Yesterday was no different, except, the cashier spoke and took my order. I then asked her about the app, because I come often and I would like to earn points, she stated she did not know how it worked and it I go to my play store I can download the app and it will explain it to me! Wow. Ok. I received my order and took off. A mile down the rode I take a piece of my quesadilla. After pulling the entire back off onto the wax paper, when I bit into it, it was like a chip. Crunchy and flat. I bit another one. No meat, barely any cheese. I turn around to return it. I asked the young lady, could it be remade because, (of the issues listed above) she stated sure. Someone loudly in the back said “It said cheese!!. At this point a customer walked in. The person that was redoing my my meal (was the “Manager) young lady with dark hair on the shorter side. She seemed very irritated that she had to remake it and it made me uncomfortable. She walked out to had it to meand I said “Thank you” she walked away and said absolutely nothing. I was never rude so I did not understand her frustration. I sat at a table to look at my food, even though my break was winding down, and I’m glad I did. I opened it and to my surprise, she had not pressed it long enough for the cheese to melt and my chicken was cold!! My feelings were hurt because at this point I felt targeted! When I asked for the manager, the already irritated young lady came up, looked at me and said NOTHING when I showed her the meal!!. I said I’ll just take my money back, DHE HANDED ME MY MONEY AND AGAIN SAID NOTHING!:( Please review the cameras. I have never felt so bad in a restaurant and more customers were there by now! I had to call Bay rd establishment and ask for help. The Mgr there was super friendly and told me what to do. This experience was thee worst.

Always super professional workers inside and are always hard working! Staff makes sure to get drinks out in a good time! Also, if you download the app and place your order on the app it is so much quicker than waiting inside. You can select a time you would like your order ready for pick up. I have never had an issue and smoothies are always perfect.

I’d say today marks my last purchase with TS. Their smoothies have gotten so poor in quality, usually a hit or miss, with 90% of them tasting watered down with very little flavor.
The food is even worse. $8+ for a salad with 5 SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN, are you kidding?! That’s a meal? That’s an $8 salad? I went in to ask why such little chicken with the answer that “We weigh out all of our ingredients.” Who is that supposed to feed? They gave me a small side of chicken, and the “extra” amount they gave me was laughable… and on top of that, the quality of the chicken is aweful. Such small little pieces of mostly fatty chicken.
Super expensive for such a little amount of food and poor quality smoothies.

I can’t say enough about this store. I put an online order in and arrived at the time it was intended to be ready. Unfortunately my order was lost. The manager and the team members made it a priority to get me my order. I was so impressed with how well this group handled this situation. On top of that the manger was able to slide a free smoothie for my next visit.

I was on a business trip and wanted tropical smoothie. We were passing Flint and they had terrible ratings so we didn’t stop there. So I said okay. The next one’s Saginaw let’s stop at there so we stopped at this one on State road because it looked like it had okay ratings. I ordered chipotle Chicken club flatbread and a peanut butter cup smoothie. There was one piece of bacon on the flatbread and just a little bit of chicken. It didn’t even cover the flatbread. I had a quarter of my flatbread left at the end with no meat at all. They just put extra cheese on it to make it look like it. It was not worth the money at all whatsoever and then my smoothie didn’t taste like anything. I literally threw it out with 3/4 left. It tasted like complete watered down chocolate. It wasn’t good. Very disappointed
