This is a very small place to grab a pretzel. We used to wait 3 to 10 minutes at the most. We came in yesterday to grab a pretzel, and there wasn’t anything made but bites. Told me it’d be 30 ish minutes. I was irritated because I was trying to use my birthday coupon, and I couldn’t because there were no pretzels in the pretzel shop yet, lol. It was around 2:30pm too.
My suggestion to do better is to have some made around lunch and right before dinner especially now that its summer time parents are every where school shopping with kids and teens.

Been to this location multiple times as it’s next to my school in the outlet center. Anytime I’ve ordered something that required a wait to be prepared, it’s NEVER been the time frame relayed to me. Each time I would order allowing even more time for pick up because this place cannot seem to prepare anything within a reasonable amount of time. I decided to order online with plenty of time to be prepared. Even showed up later than expected time. NOPE, still not ready. And the kicker, the students at my school and faculty all patronize this place as there are only 2 food places in this center, yet we aren’t offered a “center discount”. Thats laughable. Maybe we will just boycott this location. Smdh. Do better!!

Rude and incompetent. I can in here yesterday. There was a guy and a a girl working. I was the only customer. I ordered 3 items. 2 pizza bites and 1 jalapeño pepperoni pretzel. All items were available in the hot case 10 inches away. Yet somehow in less than 10 seconds, they forgot. I received 2 regular pepperoni pretzels and 1 cup of bites. When i brought it to their attention, the response was” we can’t take them back”. Needless to say I won’t be returning. If you do go here, watch out for the stale ones they have just out of sight. You’ll get hit with the old bait and switch

I asked for a cheese pretzel, lady said a 5 minute wait. 15 minutes later, I walk in to ask about the pretzel. Lady says another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I ask again, lady says it’s been done and that she forgot to give it to me. She gives it to me without the salt and butter, 5 minutes later, give’s it back and she forgot the other pretzel that I ordered, she took forever doing anything. And there were 3 people there, not just her. Don’t go to unless you want to wait an hour

Do not come here! Worst experience ever! Manager was very rude and refused to provide even 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream even after I offered to pay for it! When we ask if there are free fills on the coffee they said “yes” and said you just have to pay for it! Terrible customer service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
