Avoid this location. If you like being treated like your order is a hassle to the staff, then this might be the location for you. Staff has horrible attitude and the quality of the “Double crunch taco” I ordered was an absolutely a joke and garbage…. They will also charge you for items and not include them with your order. So if you do plan to dine with them check your order before leaving.

Got a franchise and it tasted like burnt grease. Used to be good but seriously, you have to care about your customers. Which I will no longer ger be one of them. Got real burnt out with the nasty taste. Ick!

We had went for a quick dinner and as I placed my order aurora decided to rush me along. Then frownd at me when I asked to see the deals again on the menu. She didn’t point out another option so I went with my usual as I didn’t want. I tried going up and telling her I could not eat my food and if I could replace for 2 children tacos. She refused as I already bit into my food. I’m very disappointed as we have been here multiple times In the last 3 months.
Last time I was highly disappointed with my food and now this time with food and service. It’s a shame because we go there often well probably not anymore.

Ordered a king’s bacon ranch burger the meat was raw. Tried to return it I did not want new food after experiencing that . They refused to refund my money on just that meal I purchased two meals.didnt have a manager on shift to speak to ,also would not give me manager info to contact when they would be there nothing. They kept the meal and my money.

Hardshell tacos were so greasy they leaked thru the wrapper and were flimsy. Mexifries looked pale & underdone. Quesadilla burrito was falling apart and pretty sure it wasn’t the correct item. No sauce for the crisp crab rangoon burrito. Felt like we were a bother for even coming there. 2 stars because the cheeseburger was good.
