This is our second time here since they opened. The employees are always nice and helpful, and restaurant is always clean inside. HOWEVER, this is also our second time having a complete pain in the butt ordering using their app. Something is always wrong, and the order never goes through forcing you to order inside and wait for carryout. Then, the price difference hits. Ordering using the app you can use your rewards, ordering inside you cannot. Therefore buy ordering inside to carryout both times now I’ve had to pay $5 to $15 more. Plus, just FYI, no military/first responder discounts given at this location. I recommend going to either Athens or Canton locations, app works everytime, plus the discounts given. In such a small town as Chandler, issues like this spread fast, customers will decrease.

I don’t know what happen, but pizza has gone down hill. I ordered tonight 1/12/26 the crust is dry no buttery crust, I asked for extra sauce and got little to no sauce, paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. To pay as much as we do for pizza we just ask for it to be made like we order it.

Buffet had pizza you can tell has been there a while, dried out. I asked for fresh pizza and they said no problem and started making it. Sat and waited 30 mins and still nothing we got up and left and won’t be back!!!

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for 8 years. Before that, probably 20. They have table service. Food is good, and staff have been friendly and prompt, even when their phone is ringing off the hook for orders.

Absolutely the worst service ever! I placed an online order to be picked up at 12:32pm. I was told it wasn’t ready when I got there and to park and wait. I did with no problem however at 1:10pm I was still waiting for my food and had to go back through the drive thru to be told sorry about the wait. I had a cheese pizza not even a big order. We love the food but do better on your service and communication with your customers!

Tried this location for the first time last night, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We placed a carryout order online, and the pizzas were ready in just 15 minutes. Service was very friendly and efficient… But the real standout was the pizza itself. Generously topped (which is honestly rare these days), full of flavor, and worth every dollar. Oh how I have missed pizza hut pan pizzas! I’m really happy we’ve got a Pizza Hut in town now!

The food was good and the staff friendly. However the music was blaring. I could not have a casual conversation with my wife across the table. We quit talking because we gad to keep speaking loudly and repeating ourselves.
