It took us over 30 minutes to get our food. The wings were not marked, which is important to me because one is extremely hot and the other was mild. The fries tasted like burnt oil and were so hard. The only thing you could do is suck on them. It was as if they had already been cooked and they just threw them back in the fryer to heat them up when we ordered our food. About the only thing that I enjoyed was my soda.

The last three times I ordered food here, I got dry – tinny – No meat wings and most of them drums make sure is even. Please do not over cook the wings. The service at the front is always been amazing and staff is great but the wings are loosing its magic. I’m thinking about giving up here. Please do better with the Lemon pepper wings and make sure it’s properly seasoned and fresh.

I ordered some wings, fries and veggie sticks via Uber. The fries were fine same for the veggies. The wings were overcooked, dry, and borderline inedible. Whoever working the fryer is either inexperienced or just doesn’t give a damn. I should’ve been concerned when my order showed up so quickly. It’s because no one else is ordering food from there. Apparently, I’m the one not in the know.

We asked if the ranch dip was in the bags. They said yes. But they weren’t there when we got home. Our veggie sticks were missing. I can only imagine the manager was saving the ranch and veggie sticks to feed his numorus pet ferrets.

The food was cold and there was so much sauce in my tray it leaked all over the bag fries and me whenever we pulled it out. On top of that not a single napkin in the bag. Whatever. I can get over that. Only to find we also didn’t get a single fork for our order either. My wings were somehow dry while sitting in a puddle of sauce? And I had no fork to eat with, and no napkins to wipe my hands off on after. Dont go here, just go to chilis instead.

Doesn’t allow you to give zero stars. But do not I mean DO NOT EAT HERE. Hair! Someone’s HAIR was in my food. I was offered a refund. Never asked for it. And the dummy DM Priscilla calls my phone and NEVER apologizes just keeps repeating she can’t give a refund. It’s apparent I had the $55 to pay for food and tip the delivery driver don’t want no refund. I wanted a sorry dummy. They are rude and have no respect for customers. Worst wing stop ever. I have locs. My hair doesn’t fall out. Like I said I never wanted a refund dummy!!!

All the reviews are true. This is the worse wing stop in the area. My hot honey rub tenders were ice cold and drowned in butter. I’ve never had any that looked like this. Normally they are drier and rubbed with seasoning. This was pure trash. Then the manager got an attitude when I asked for them to be fixed. Rude employees and nasty food

I ordered online on September 25, 22 at 11:50am told it should be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived at 12:10pm the so called cashier stop making fries walked over asked me my name I told her and instead of telling me how long it would be before my food is ready she look at the tickets and go back to making fries.. 15 minutes later my ordered still not done. Did I mentioned that I only ordered 15 wings. So I asked if my order were ready. Then the so called manger asked my name and said it’s not ready until 12:27pm. It was 12:22pm at that time. So I said okay and waited and 15 minutes later, my food still not there. Then the so called cashier helped other people who said they have been waiting over 20 minutes after there food should of been done. It’s wasn’t busy just the 4 of us in there.
Now it’s a quarter till and the cashier finally brings me my food and she takes her time rolling the bag down. Let’s talk about the food I requested for my chicken to be cooked well-done, and it was not cooked all the way. Some still had blood in it.. So this is the last time I will eat at this place. Bad food + bad attitude = I would not spend my money. Get better workers and customers service. Trust if I could give a zero I would.

Let me preface this by saying I am a cancer patient and it may be that chemo has somewhat changed my taste buds. However, I got the Hot Tenders Combo and there was no flavor. The day prior, I went to another wing joint and it was so good that I wanted hot wings again, especially with my left over Blue Cheese dip. This wasn’t it! During my recovery, I watched content creators hype up Wing Stop and I couldn’t wait to try it once my appetite returned but I just don’t get what people see in them. The tenders didn’t have that hot cayenne taste – it was more like vinegar spiced with a little cayenne. I asked that the fries be soft fried and not too brown or crisp and they were practically burnt. I feel like most businesses/restaurants just don’t care anymore. Once they start making money, they feel like they don’t have to put much effort or good customer service into it. If most of your recent Google reviews are negative, it’s time for a change.
