Was staying in the area and stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was so cute! I sat outside with my dog and listened to the live music. The woman singing was so talented. The vibes were great, it took a few minutes to be waited on but my server was nice and made sure everything came out correctly! It looked like they only had two servers on at the time and the restaurant was very busy. I ordered chips and pico and chicken tacos. They were out of the steak tacos but the chicken was delicious. The chips and pico were mediocre, wouldn’t recommend them.

The fish was amazing lake Erie, walleye and perch. The shrimp was amazing. The drinks were good. The view I can’t tell you how much makes us come back here once every year just because of the sunset…… Highly recommend for anybody in the area

Great views! We had walleye and perch sandwiches and both were very good. The fried shrimp were DELICIOUS! There was a staffing issue so service was us ordering at the bar which we weren’t a fan of being non drinkers. Our food came out quickly considering the staffing issue, so the staff that was there were doing a great job! Live music and stunning views of the lake.

Great spot with outdoor seating next to Lake Erie. Good food. Everyone friendly. Reasonable priced for 2025. Spent about $70for 3 meals. We were enjoying the spot and food when singer started singing dolly parton songs etc. She had a lovely voice but i think they could hear her on Put in Bay!! Way too loud until after 5th song or so her voice was making our heads ring. Wow. Totally ruined the experience. Funny we began with talking about telling others about the cool restaurant we found. We ended by saying we will never return to this place! Too bad. If singer would ditch the speaker! She doesnt need it in such a small space. Just her and her guitar would have been pleasant. * note: we told a server it was horribly loud. I assumed the diners were all locals and so used to it. Since nothing happened to lower the volume.

Stopped in for a late lunch, the smash burger and fries were good. A nice setting, it was a cloudy wind day but we enjoyed eating on the patio. Service was good and atmosphere was a chilled and relaxed. Good Vibe!

We love Driftwood Point, the setting can NOT be beat. There are no other restaurants/bars this close to the water. The staff is always friendly, even when very busy, which happens regularly because the management team takes great pride in getting the BEST bands in Northeast Ohio to play there. Ask any local musician and you’ll see. They serve wine from our local wineries which is always a bonus, and the walleye bites are delicious! You should visit Driftwood Point and plan to stay a while, for the tunes and the views ✌️

A wonderful place to eat and enjoy Lake Erie. It was breezy the night my wife and I ate there, but we still sat outside to enjoy the view. The talk about the Bavarian Pretzel is true – that bad boy is legit! You can enjoy it with or without the beer cheese and it taste great. The only issue we had was the wait time to get food; however, there is a note on the menu informing you that wait times can be a bit longer sometimes. We went early on a Friday evening with an average crowd and had to wait. On the whole, it was worth our time and we would check it out again when we come back.

This is the lowest rating I have ever given. On the up side the views of Lake Erie are beautiful from the patio. From that point on it goes downhill. We ordered Walleye bites @18.00, a Perch dinner for 27.00 and a Walleye diner for 18.00. We then asked the waitress for extra tartar sauce and hot sauce. The supposedly fresh fish had absolutely no flavor and the breading was so hard you had to break the fish planks in half just to eat them. It tasted like the filets were cooked in rancid oil. We never received our tater or hot sauce even after asking a second time then we had to hunt down the waitress and ask for our bill after a half hour of waiting.
For this amount of money I would expect much much more. I won’t be eating here again!

It was a perfect night for a meal at Driftwood. Upon arrival, we chose from a nice selection of socially-distanced outdoor tables. A great view of Lake Erie was available from all outdoor seating.
We started with a drink while looking over the small, yet varied choices on the menu. A great variety of options on the drink menu, my wife chose a martini which she said was excellent.
As an appetizer, we selected an order of the honey-mustard chicken wings (bone-in). They were the meatiest and juiciest wings I’ve had in a long time. The honey-mustard sauce was an excellent mix of sweet, with just a hint of spicy mustard.
For the main course, we each chose one of their two chicken sandwiches. I had a very juicy and flavorful grilled chicken sandwich with the BBQ sauce. My wife chose the Caprese Sandwich which is just what you would expect. A chicken breast covered with a large slice of tomato topped with a generous disc of fresh mozzarella. We also chose a basket of the sweet potato fries as a side dish, Yum. A friend who was dining with us chose the Black Bean burger. It was the largest fresh-made burger I had ever seen (probably a half-pound). There were quite the leftovers taken home from this visit.
The service was smooth and we were not rushed at all. As we got toward the end of our stay, there was an awesomely picturesque sunset to top off our visit.
