Normally I order a large popcorn chicken with a six piece mozzarella on the side. Normally its all fresh and good tasting.
Today at about five thirty, what I got instead of fresh popcorn chicken was overcooked pieces tossed in with some cut up chicken strips, probably all left over from some other order and tossed back in the fryer to reheat before it was given to me. It really shouldn’t be that much trouble to just make fresh chicken, and usually it’s not, so I don’t understand why it was today.
The mozzarella sticks, at least, were still alright.

This location has re opened. The service is fantastic. We have been here a few times and they are great. Checked on us, and made sure we were good. Recommend coming here. Food was nice

Food is always good. Service always slow. Just took 30 mins to get 2 shakes and a limeade with only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I literally sat at the speaker for 15 mins before my order was taken

The wait is ridiculous now I see why they closed for a while and reopened, I’m sure they will be closing again soon. I waited for about 20 minutes and no one took my order I pulled around to drive thru and waited still no response so I decided to leave and go to Dairy Queen down the street, my order was taken as soon as I pulled to drive thru and I got my order really quick. It’s 2017 and Sonic will be getting left behind due to horrible customer service and long wait times it’s too much competition out here to be half doing things that’s why I took my business/money elsewhere.

Just had the worse experience ever!!! Tyrone, GA Sonic. I ordered the Popcorn Chichen Combo at 11:56 AM…..at 12:33 PM I am having to ask for my order. They have had 6 or more cars go thru the drive thru and I know that 3 cars that came in after me, got their orders before me. Needless to say, I was over my lunch time and had to eat on the way back to work….and it was COLD. The Car H…op had every excuse possible….all those guys came in at the same time….it is raining……it is just me…..None of that matters. I should not have to wait and get cold food and have to pay for the honor of your bad service. I WILL NOT BE BACK and I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I LET EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD IT WAS…..

Lately the service at the drive through has been super slow. They didn’t even repeat the full order over the spraker. Last 3 times I have ordered a hamburger and I always get a cheeseburger… Argh, I can’t eat cheese!

Husband stopped on way home from work. Ordered 2 BLT sandwiches. When we opened the sandwiches, there was one piece of bacon on his sandwich and 2 pieces.
There should be 4 pieces of bacon on the sandwiches and we didn’t even have 4 pieces of bacon between the two sandwiches.
Called mgr and she was nice enough to offer me two free combo meals.
But I feel very strongly that the person that put together the two sandwiches should be FIRED. That person obviously doesn’t care about his job or the customers. and really to totally mess up the one thing that is probably the easiest to make is unacceptable.

Much better since they reopened! Great fast service! They brought out the wrong master shake and quickly corrected it by bringing out the correct one and we’re very polite and apologetic.

This place used to be my favorite, but now just pure laziness, literally the worst people here, they clean way to early, I got here an hour and a half before they closed and they said they could not make a burger because they cleaned the grill, that is just pure laziness. To top it off the girl working had her child with her, unacceptable.

Every time I come here I have to wait at least 20 min in drive through. Sometimes 30min. Blows my mind… and then pull up to see 5 employees standing around. Don’t even seem to care.
