I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was genuinely AWFUL. I waited 45 minutes for a simple bagel yes, and when it finally came out, it was drenched in pepper, to the point of being completely inedible. I don’t know how you mess up a bagel this badly. The lady manager doesn’t give a damn about the restaurant or customers.
By the time it arrived, it wasn’t even worth sending back. Just a totally disappointing experience from start to finish. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I’m a regular customer at this location, the staff knows me by name and know exactly how I like my coffee. After years of coming i encountered my first issue and it was handled very well! I appreciate it and will continue to enjoy my bagels at this location. Just a few old pictures

Ordered thru Uber eats for half dozens of cut bagels. The delivery was great. The receipt on the sealed bag was correct. Opened bag and my order was incorrect. Called location and the manager was rude. Told me to reorder and pay for delivery again. So he brought the missing bagels but didn’t seal the bag just left them wide open on a shelf in the foyer of my employment. I didn’t have a car to come and get them but the rudeness was on called for.

My daughter and I stopped in the Addison store to order the Oktoberfest sandwiches on 11/10 and were met with one of the absolute worst experiences ever. My first issue is regards to the young lady that was making our sandwiches. I watched the young lady tug on her clothes, touch/rub her neck and touch her hair WITH her gloves on and then go back and continue touching food to prepare for other orders that included mine also. I made a comment about the uncleanliness I was witnessing that I know for sure the person standing at the register heard. I found out shortly after that the person at the register was actually the store manager, Matthew. Matthew called the young lady over to the register to help him with an order and in those SAME GLOVES we watched her handle the register, touch all over the counters and more body contact. The “manager” asked her to remove the glove from her right hand after the register contact but after she finished helping him, she went back to food prep and only replace the glove that he asked her to remove! After watching and realizing she had no plans on putting on clean gloves, I asked the young lady to please put on clean gloves before going back to prep my food. She didn’t hesitate to agree and only then did she put on clean gloves. Then after waiting on our order for 15+ minutes one of the other workers behind the counter let us know that the store didn’t have anymore beer cheese for our order and asked if we wanted to use an alternate cheese. My problem with this is that we stood and watched for that long extended period with our sandwiches laying there partially completed, getting cold, and not once were we informed that a critical ingredient for THIS particular order was unavailable. Why did it take SO long for us to be informed that this ingredient was missing??? Needless to say, we no longer wanted this order and wanted a refund. My daughter requested that the refund be issued in cash so that we could take the money immediately and get food somewhere else. Matthew said he was unable to accommodate this request, in SPITE of all the things he heard me complain about regarding the cleanliness of the other employee. I don’t understand why he wasn’t able to issue the refund in cash, if for nothing else than to accommodate the extreme inconvenience they created for us!! I let him know that I planned on creating a complaint regarding this experience, mainly because the behavior of how the handling of food did NOT change as that same employee continued the same nasty actions for the orders from the other customers. What is the point of using gloves if you’re still going to practice nasty food handling habits. This is EXTREMELY concerning… especially since the store manager is actively out on the floor and NOT addressing these things himself!! Don’t be surprised if this store gets someone sick one day with these habits and service. I know I personally will NEVER visit this location again!! Thankfully, my daughter has an AWESOME relationship with another store, so we went there and got this same order, it was made in less than half the time AND they practice excellent food handling skills!!! Thank you to store# 3615!!

The absolute worst experience EVER! Usually don’t leave bad reviews because I understand people have bad days BUT sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins to order just to get my order completely wrong was over the top! The idea that I ordered a Sausage Egg Bagel & was told AFTER I waited an additional 10mins that I would have need to request pork Sausage for an additional charge-it automatically comes with Turkey- now if its not listed on the drive thru menu how would I know! Just a trash 1st time experience

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU!! The food is always great, but the service at the Belt Line & Marsh location in Addison, TX—especially the drive-thru—is consistently disappointing. Today we waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and the only reason we didn’t leave is because the curb and the long line made it impossible to exit. If the drive-thru can’t be managed efficiently, it might be better to close it until the issues are resolved so customers don’t end up stuck like this.

Bagels aren’t bad…but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a “cake”-like texture. Very soft…not as chewy as a New England bagel. They’re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn’t busy but not clean. Not one clean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of. Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

Bagel was really good , coffee was as well.
But paying $8 for a bagel and a med coffee is extreme i think, especially when the bagel is priced at 2.69, i guess the cream cheese was an extra $2
2 of the 4 coffee kegs were empty so i had to settle for another.
So i give it a solid mehhhhhh

My niece is pregnant, and she got her food, and it smelled like cologne, and a man named Carlos, the morning manager, demanded that she bring the food back, and NO EMPLOYEES WERE ALLOWED TO WEAR cologne. This was rude, unprofessional, and unethical on so many levels. If you are not happy with being in the customer service field, please consider leaving the hospitality industry.

I really love this location compare to some of the other ones, since the manager in morning provides excellent customer service, and I’m content with my purchase of my food every time!
