I went in this afternoon to Panda on University. The place was empty and that was a plus. I noticed the new Fire Orange chicken and knew that would be one of my entrees along with the Beijing beef. As I was home, I tend to eat one entree then the next after, as I proceeded to eat the fire orange chicken, the texture didn’t seem right. I went and checked the meal after I turned on the lights (since I was watching a movie) and noticed the raw/undercooked chicken.
I contacted Panda Express in regard to this incident after I got home from UC (as a precautionary) and the night manager made a report to speak with the day team since this occurred on their shift. The manager offered to make a fresh meal, but I declined since this is the second time this has happened from Panda Express, the first of which occurred in 2024.
I tried giving this place a second chance and they failed. I will never return here. Please check your chicken orders, especially the bigger chunks of chicken.

The never answer calls they always get my door dash order wrong. I call to make sure everything is correct and they never answer it’s always the wrong order I am allergic to peanut and they gave me he wrong thing that could have killed me so I had to throw out the food cuz it was contaminated. And they didn’t want to take responsibility for that. Didn’t offer me a refund or any kind of way to fix the situation.

This is just disgusting I just opened my food after eating a one Rangoon in half and then their was either ant bits or fruit fly bits in my food I try to call back to speak with a manager and apparently the phones not working! Just a big heads up please check your food before eating from here! Took the fruit flies out too take a a closer look but you can still see one in there there was like 3-4

I placed an order and one of my bigger plates only had the fried rice, it was missing the two entrees so I called the store and told them if I could get a replacement and they said yes. I told them that I could pick it up that same day because I leave far and they said yes. They even wrote down my name and my order. Today I went to pick it up and they said that they didn’t had my name or my order written down on the wrong order list:/

Friendly staff and good location. I used their app and got my food in like 10 minutes! There’s a retail parking section with a two hour limit behind the store.

Went for lunch and the service and food were great. They had fresh entrees and rice. The employees were very friendly. This location is very convenient for visitors to NMSU and students/staff. It is part of the NMSU Barnes and Noble bookstore and parking is not an issue. The area is OK, not huge but the tables are comfortably spaced for a group of 4 or a solo dinner.

The young women making our plates was very friendly. Answered our questions about food and never before tried menu items. The cashier was equally friendly until she informed us there is a charge for water cup. Yikes! And bottle water 3x that price. Argg

Very rude employees. 1.5 hrs before closing time and only 3 dishes on the bar. I ordered and was told that I’d have to wait for the 3rd dish to be made. I said ok thinking they weren’t going to make any extra, but I was wrong. They gave me 2 orders of old orange chicken and 1 of fresh, but then dumped a massive dish into serving bar. So why the hell didn’t they give me all 3 fresh? Price was not worth it for the low quality food or service. It was my first time eating here so unfortunately it will also be my last time. So sad.
