We ate there for our first time and really enjoyed our meal. The pan fried dumplings were very good. Everything tasted fresh. The gravy for the almond boneless tasted like they make it homemade. Loved every part of the meal. One of our new spots to eat. The women who was our server was just the nicest.

The restaurant is family owned and operated, and the location that they restored has brought new life to the community. The store in extremely clean so feel free to dine in or carry out. They also have a boba tea bar! I’m excited to patron New Asian Star in the future for Asian cuisine and dining.
I recommend the General Tso’s chicken, Wonton soup, and Crab Rangoons.

I was so excited when this dine in restaurant opened. Staff is very friendly and location is clean. There is a variety of dishes offered. Pictured is General Tao dinner and pho soup. Both very good. There is no cons about this place

I’ve been looking for some good Chinese food this side of 8 mile and this is it!!!!!! It’s fresh! It’s tasty! The chicken tastes like chicken! The rice was amazing! The egg rolls are delicious! I will definitely be back!

Please don’t change! The food here is fresh! My sweet & sour shrimp combo plate is fresh and NOT greasy! I opted for shrimp fried rice instead of chicken fried rice and the rice is delicious with the perfect amount of egg and veggies. Often times places do not even have egg or veggies in the fried rice. The batter of on the fried shrimp isn’t gummy and actually very flavorful and prepared perfectly. I can’t wait to bring my vegetarian friends because this place has a nice vegetarian Pho selection!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!! My wife got the sesame chicken and she said it is moist delicious chicken with perfect sauce. I got the general tso chicken and asked for it to be the spicest that they could make it. They offered crazy spicy and I said yes please. They did not disappoint!!!!! I am the Spice Ninja always complaining that places don’t make it spicy enough. This place came through and it is amazing!! Egg rolls delicious, chicken fried rice amazing and chicken lo mein outstanding. If you don’t have a place for this food you need to pick this place!! We will definitely be back again soon!!!

Omggggg! This food was SO good! So flavorful! The fried rice and the chicken from the sweet and sour chicken was so crispy and delicious! The crab rangoons and egg rolls were amazing as well! The only thing I didn’t care for the the almond boneless chicken gravy. It was not very good and was salty and did not have good flavor but beside that I will order from here again!

Tonight was our 1st and last time we’ll be spending our hard earned $ on this place! We ordered the house special fried rice w beef and chow mei fun w beef, both dishes were dry, and I mean dry and hardly any meats! Yucky ! Sliver of veggies and tasteless! Bland as hell! I called up to let them know that it was our 1st time ordering there and the lady on the phone was telling me that I should of asked for extra sauce! Really! Stupid! Please save your money and go to kow loon down the street! We’ve been going there for 20 years and NEVER HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING! Always delicious ! 35.00 waisted!

First time trying this place….. will NOT be going back. This was the WORST chinese food I ever had!!!!!
The wonton was nasty, the egg roll was undercooked, and the sweet and sour chicken had NO pineapple, carrots etc… it was raw and nasty.
Waste of money and time, don’t waste your time eating this trap!
It was $18 for everything.
