I’ve actually dined from Just Salad three times before leaving this review — twice as takeout and once via delivery. Overall, the food is good. I’ve tried both building my own wrap/salad and ordering from their premade menu options, and honestly, I recommend going with the premade ones. Some ingredients just aren’t meant to be mixed, and experimenting too much can kind of throw off the meal.
I appreciate their options for non meat eaters, like the buffalo cauliflower and sesame tofu are both great choices. The prices are pretty fair too. It’s not exactly the kind of food I’d go through the trouble of making at home, so I don’t mind paying around $15 for a healthy meal.
Now, let’s talk about the cookie. The chocolate cookie tastes amazing, but it’s definitely the most unjustified item price wise. Check out the photos I posted; it’s literally the size of a doggy treat. Delicious, but tiny!
Their smoothies are also flavorful, with a good variety of flavors to choose from. Plus, Just Salad often has nice deals on Grubhub, and I’m pretty sure they’re part of Too Good to Go, which is cool if you’re into saving food and money.

I had a bad experience today at Just Salad , I was waiting an hour for my order. It’s crazy . It was two Peruvian chickens and I ordered at 1:30pm and they said it will be ready at 1:48 and It’s already 2:35 pm and my order is not ready yet . I’m so disappointed

This was our first trip to Just Salad. Mahi was the best! He helped us get started and navigate the menu and all our options. I am excited because my tween daughter decided to get her own bowl and try healthier options.

I’ve deleted my Just Salad account and will no longer be ordering from this chain. I’ve noticed a drop in quality of food (very upset stomach) and service (delivery times exceeding 1 hour). I would’ve been better off if I just skipped lunch today.

Thanks for replying to my message and for being so kind and empathetic. It happened on Wednesday, October 22 around 2:30pm/3:00pm at the Oceanside Location. I was ordering to go, the girl speak Spanish and if you have cameras, I’m sure you would see how it went from the start. I waited too long for her to skipped me and serve the girl behind me first and then there was another gentleman that was also taken care before my order by the other employee but I guess she thought I was already been taken care of, since it was the Spanish one who did what she did.

Horrible! HORRIBLE SERVICE! After waiting for a while I JUST NOW left that place with nothing. The Spanish girl that took my order should learn more about customer service skills. How is it possible that the two ppl behind me were taken care before my order just for the hell of it? Cause everything was there and ready to serve. All I ordered was the cilantro lime and when she was about to put the cilantro sauce she tells me “there’s no cilantro sauce” and I asked “why did you leave me for last if I was waiting way before those two ppl?” she then ignored my question asking what kind of sauce I would like. So I tell her, “I’m asking you a question” which she then replied “because that order was going to be faster then yours” which was not true and NOT FAIR AT ALL! I left not wanting anything. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE. Like I said to her, “You don’t know about my time, and I was already waiting for long, RUDE RUDE RUDE!

I came in today to grab 2 salads and the pumpkin bisque soup – which is so delish! Jasmine provided awesome service to help us build our salads. She was patient & so helpful – as we needed to make a few adjustments to our orders. The food was so fresh & tasty!! Looking forward to return soon

This is a place that I n very thought I would go to. It is as great venue for a healthy and delicious lunch or light dinner. The ingredients for salads are super fresh and for someone who is a salad person at every evening I am critical and they challenged me to find anything in the less than positive . I loved my meal which was a Thai salad with chicken. It was not too big and delicious. My wife had Honey Crispy chicken and she also echo’d my thoughts. Kind of thought there should be more of these places around as the top al calories was low , maybe belly was full and my heart thanked me.
However the staff is terrible. Never a smile…. Just 5 people behind the counter and no one to answer a question about your cyber Monday special… 1 special which 1 in 10 would want. No one’s answers to questions. Disturbing… food is good but having them empty my lettuce by turning a big tub upside down to empty in my bowl was unacceptable.They should have brought out fresh…. I will change my review.
