came here with my mom and nephew for a last minute lunch before seeing the museums for the first time…when i say i am SO glad we came here, i mean it! from the food, to the service to the atmosphere. everything is AMAZING, seriously the best bbq i’ve had in the northeast and even down south, and that’s coming from someone who has lived in the south! also, the pressed green juice is 100/10! deff will be back and will stop by whenever in the area 🙂

I stopped here last week with a friend while we were visiting the museums on the same property. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting too much because I thought it might be more of a cafeteria affiliated with the museums. But nope, it’s no cafeteria. You get a real meal prepared to order!
The owner Bruce welcomed us. He helped me navigate a gluten allergy which I so greatly appreciated. Often I just get the stink eye when I ask questions. He was happy to give me options that were safe.
I can’t say there were huge selections for drinks or desserts or what not, but I appreciated this because the menu had real food vs packaged stuff. Great place when it’s expected you’ll be serving kids and seniors, in terms of being health conscious.
Bruce provided friendly and attentive service. The day we went, there was also plenty of seating. And the food we got was he was great! We both found it fresh, tasty, and appropriate sized portions. We’re glad we stopped on. Can’t beat the convenience too, if you’re already parked for the museums.

Great spot for lunch. The food is phenomenal! Bruce and his team are very outgoing and great to talk to. A very welcoming and family-friendly spot.
As I usually do, I let them surprise me for lunch. Today, they prepared for me an absolutely delicious Pork Smoked Rice bowl.
A gem in the city of Springfield!

Ordered the brisket bowl with a side of collard greens. Brisket was good could have been hotter it was microwaved to be heated up. So were the greens. They needed more flavor but were ok. Is also a little over priced for the value.

The menu seems somewhat limited but the options they have on there make it so hard to choose out of all the delicious options. The food was beyond flavorful, very tender, and filling. The employees/owners are very kind, friendly, inviting, and have a lighthearted sense of humor. The location is beside the museum so parking can SOMETIMES be an issue but never a severe issue. I would highly recommend this place and the food that resides. I would add a photo but I ate it too fast to do it

This is hands down the best meal I’ve had while visiting the area from North Carolina! The greens tasted like my grandmother made them, the Mac and cheese was traditional and absolutely perfect. The pulled pork was tender and full of flavor! These guys need a big sit down restaurant asap!

“Smoked” was a disappointment. It reminds me of a food truck brought inside. The brisket was very tasty but a disappointment in price/quality. There was a huge lump of fat in the center of the brioche bun … not superior quality expected with their $18 sandwich price. Also, it is NOT located in the spot described on their website. Instead, it is located next to the parking lot for Springfield Museums.

Our family of three adults had a great lunch today at Smoked! There was a good number of choices, something for each of us. Everything was a generous portion, and the food was scrumptious and fresh. There was dining space inside and out and all of the choices were clean and inviting. We weren’t planning on eating in the museum area but we’re glad we did!

Definitely a hidden gem in the Springfield community. I stopped by for the first time and enjoyed the bbq pulled pork sandwich that was full of flavor. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Try it you’ll be satisfied.

What a gem located in the Springfield Museum campus! We stopped in for a quick bite since it was so convenient. We had no idea we would enjoy tasty brisket over mac and cheese, fresh squeezed lemonade,
and delicious coleslaw! They have burgers, grilled cheese and hot dogs too to meet your family’s dining needs. Give them a try!
