Came here w friends for some coffee, it was around 11am on a weekday and it was quite busy. Almost no seats busy but as time progressed the quieter it got which was nice! We got to talking with the manager and district manager which was nice. Its in a prime location near restaurants, gym, grocery store. Missing star because coffee ☕️ shelves were empty, and not their fault but it was sooo busy couldnt hear myself. Try to come off peak, worth ir if you need study time!

This outlets has been my go to every time I need coffee, Jerry was very nice and friendly he was in charge on that day and gave me suggestions of new holiday coffee and it does good one ! The only thing need to change from this place is I think the front seating areas aren’t that nice, maybe they need to remodeling it. 🙂 aside if that, still love coming to this place.

At the time of my visit around 10:10 on Feb 2, 2026 , the store was very busy, with nearly every seat occupied. As I needed to work on my laptop for a while, I noticed that in the far corner near the restroom there were two single tables pushed together to form a two-person table, and there was a visible power outlet underneath. One of the two tables was clearly unoccupied. I therefore approached politely and asked the woman sitting at the other table whether this side of the table was available.
To my surprise, while she was eating, she replied in a very arrogant manner, saying, “I’m in a meeting.” I did not immediately understand her response, as my question was simply whether the table was already taken. The table was visibly empty, which was the reason I asked in the first place. When I tried to clarify, she continued with the same dismissive attitude and said, “I’m working.”
I was genuinely shocked by her response. As a reasonable and well-mannered customer, I do not believe it is appropriate for one individual to occupy two tables—leaving one empty—while eating and claiming to be in a meeting, and at the same time preventing other customers from using an available seat. Her behavior and tone were highly arrogant and disrespectful.
During the subsequent interaction, I learned that this woman is in fact the store manager, which was later confirmed by the staff at the front counter when I purchased my coffee. This made the situation even more disappointing. If the manager requires a private space to work or attend meetings, she should have a separate designated area, or at the very least make her status clear. Eating while attending meetings and occupying multiple tables made her appear to be an ordinary customer, yet she exercised authority in an inappropriate way.
Most importantly, her manner of speaking was extremely condescending. I felt as though she was speaking to me as if she were my manager, rather than as a service professional addressing a customer.
I am posting here in the hope that appropriate action will be taken. At a minimum, I believe this manager would benefit from guidance on professional conduct and customer communication. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected in this stores.

This is a really nice location and have been coming here for the past 2 months but I can’t help but to notice that whenever I come here, the baristas don’t speak to me when I come in. Instead they stare at me the entire time I’m there. It makes me extremely uncomfortable given that I observe that everyone else that comes through the door gets a greeting a smile regardless of a rush or not. Whenever I go the counter to place an order, I can visibly see them ignoring me as they cut side glances at me. I love Starbucks but this location makes me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Today on 1/01/26 I was approached after being in the coffee shop for over 2 hours and was told that I needed to make a purchase in order to be inside. This is alarming because there were 2 Chinese men with a little girl that walked in, didn’t place an order, sat across from me, and I noticed that no one approached them. About an hour after being approached, 2 cops show up and explained I had had to leave. I have escalated this to corporate to raise awareness because this experience doesn’t sit well with me. I feel targeted, discriminated against and getting the police involved was extremely unnecessary.

Stopped by for a coffee and free pineapple passionfruit refresher. We ordered a Frappuccino Carmel ribbon crunch and received a Refresher beverage free.I ordered the pineapple passionfruit refresher and it was not to my taste. The Carmel ribbon cruncher taste like a delicious candy bar. They also have a variety of coffees and pastries , breakfast sandwiches .The service was friendly and courteous. We had our drinks in no time. The structure is small compared to others . They have tables inside and outside.Plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance.Sorry this location does not have a dive thru.

Unfortunately this location had really bad service. I watched the Barista let me drink sit in the blender whole making several other drinks. They have no sense of urgency here and they also do not have a drive thru.

The store manager here must be great; the well-trained staffs here know how to communicate with clients in what client wants; not like others’ who assume they know… even very busy, they are still friendly not showing their porky face… so I always got what I wanted.

The amount of cappuccino is very small, the large cup is not as large as the medium cup in other stores, they only provide large cups with only half of the coffee in them. This is often the case, and I will not come here again.

I ordered 2 grande coffees to go with “room for cream”. It happens that arriving at home the “room” was almost 1/3-1/2 of the cup. The worst is that when I call to complain, after explaining the barista the incident she just asked me with a rude and a totally “I don’t care Attitude”: “So what do you want??!!!”. I paid the price for Grande Coffee, however her attitude is what made super mad.

Wanted to try the new stuff, chestnut Preline Latte, on my way to work. But drove to the half way, I found it’s pure milk, no coffee inside at all. First thought was like, it could be how it is. But I checked the app, it showed up a coffee. A little bit disappointed but more like wasting my time to go there again and changed a right one.
