Stopped here to go grab something to eat before going to a physical rehab appointment. Employee at the counter was far from cheerful or accommodating. Ordered one of their wraps and asked for a water cup. The person said that’ll be another quarter. The wrap came cold and tasteless. Don’t think I’ll stop there again.

I got teriyaki wings, the sauce was good. All 10 wings were dried out over cooked. Possibly sitting in warmer to long?? Received them soon as I drove up to window. Did not have to wait. So they probably had been sitting and they just poured sauce on them. For the price they should have been better. Next time I will go to Smokey mt brewery. That way I know they are fresh for the same price. And not dried out.

Whilst the food is as typical as any other Zaxby’s, the service here is absolutely superb. The food always comes out extremely fast and hot ready for lunch. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming, they even remember my name (though it’s probably because I come here so often lol)

We have been at the Maryville establishment twice in the last month. The Limon pepper is fantastic. But the staff and service… The first time I order a 5 piece and a big zax meal and was charged for a five piece. Received a 3 piece lemon pepper (zax meal correct) but charged for the 5 piece lemon pepper. Also order honey mustard, instead, they decided to charge me an extra dollar for more zax sauce, no honey mustard. Today, establishment should fire or find a different position for the person with the red hair that was taking orders. She really sounds like she does not want to be there. Order again sucks! Order 5 five piece got three, charged for 5. I might try agian next year. So unfortunate, this used to be our go to. Now it is worse than taco bell.

I wanted to say thank you to this location for their help with the DoorDash order tonight. This this customer had place a DoorDash order and has had six Dashers sent to pick up this order and it was never completed. Someone had stolen his order. I was able to contact Dasher support and the manager here at Zaxby’s and a coworker of hers helped get this order resolved and fix the person‘s order so it can be delivered. I wanted to say thank you to this location and for their exemplary Customer service and forgetting this order resolved. I truly appreciate you

I bought a signature chicken meal, the sandwich was barely warm and the bun was tuff like it was old and heated in the microwave. The last three times over a few weeks that I had been there, the lobby from entering the door all the way across was really sticky. I got there today around noon and I just can’t see how that floor was that sticky in the amount of time from opening until noon.Like I said it has been that way the last three times I was there. I really don’t think they ever mop the floor. Someone needs to clean it up.

Delicious food! Friendly staff! Immaculate facilities! This was my first visit to Zaxbys Maryville. However, certainly not a stranger to Zaxbys, as I have visited several other locations in the past. The Maryville location is located approximately a half mile off Hwy 411, near the Maryville Walmart Supercenter. The look, decor, floor plan and vibe is identical to the other Zaxbys locations I have visited. The dining room and ordering counter is extremely clean. As is the case with every Zaxbys visited, I have always enjoyed fresh, hot, delicious food. On this particular visit I tried the Buffalo Blue Zalad. My Zalad (salad) was really tasty; packed with lots of tasty veggies and Buffalo Style chicken. Every bite had an explosion of flavor!(the Zalad is not spicy hot, but definitely has a “zing” !) My Zalad included two pieces of their famous Texas toast. My friend enjoyed the Zax Pack meal and found the chicken delicious. She rarely eats fries, but she really enjoyed the crisp crinkle fries and the Cole slaw accompanying her chicken. Of course, I am the obligatory slow one when ordering. The staff associates were patient and helpful, and gave very friendly service! I highly recommend Zaxbys. My Zalad was so good, I can’t wait to have another!!

Horrible experience today. Girl at the window was Disrespectful and Rude. She was on the phone talking to someone while at the window. She tried making me pay for something that was already paid for then kept arguing with me about it. Definitely won’t be back here again.
