I think this was the worst food I ever had from there. I got a five piece boneless wing and only got four because the fifth piece was just straight. Breading. Wasn’t much chicken on any of the pieces. French fries were half cold. It was no more than a 5-minute drive to the store to get it and had to wait about that much time to get it given to me. Call back was lied to and the owner admitted it the next day that the manager lied and that the food should have been brought back to get a refund. The manager should have said that last night. I was in the hospital earlier getting surgery on my hand and have a 5 year old. My dad had to pick it up for me and we ate half because we were hungry.

Headed home after a very long Spring Break, and this Zaxby’s in Russellville was in our path. Very few customers for a beautiful Saturday at lunchtime. So we got our food fast and it was outstanding. The youngest had the Chicken Nibblers, which she inhaled. The wife got the Southern Fried shrimp deal, and I went for the old reliable #1 Chicken Finger plate. Nothing was left when we departed 26 minutes later.

Found hair on my chicken and the lady made me another meal but while she was making it my wife found more hair. I believe the lady that brought the food out was the manager but no tag was on her. She had attitude because she didn’t want to refund us the money. Definitely don’t recommend this place until new management takes over.

Wow, this restaurant is gorgeous clean and big! They are a little understaffed at the moment so the speed of service could be improved but man Zaby’s did not disappoint

Everything was great but the prices need to be updated on the sign in the drive thru. The meal had gone up by 10%, which is understandable, but the sign doesn’t match the system.

Food was good, sat in the drive thru line at 9:15 pm for over 30 min since the lobby was closed. There was no signage at the store or online that the lobby closed early. I know a lot of places close their lobbies early, but they all have it posted on the door.

I love this place! The food is soooo good. But my mom ordered 4 peice chicken finger meal plate. It comes with extra fries, toast or coleslaw. We ordered the same thing but I got extra toast instead of coleslaw. My mom got coleslaw and it had what looks like a black beard hair. My mom wasn’t a Karen about it. She lost her appetite, though, wondering where that could have came from.

Driving through the area, saw the Zaxby’s sign and had to have it! It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this chain and I was excited to see that they offer chicken breast sandwiches now. I almost ordered that, but went with my tried and true order – buffalo chicken sandwich combo. This is 3 tenders on 2 pieces of texas toast. It was delicious! I love the taste of the buffalo and I also had a ranch on the side. The fries were cooked to perfection and I love the seasoning they put on them. I also enjoyed the sweet tea.
It was very slow when I arrived, which is good because I took a minute to make up my mind on my order. The employee was friendly and helpful – she explained the sandwiches and how they were different than the tender sandwich. Service was excellent and the food came up very quickly.
The restaurant was very clean but very HOT. I mean, so hot I almost took my meal to my car to eat it… I was sweating just standing in line to order.
There is also an opportunity to clearly mark the teas. Drinks are self serve and there were 2 big tea jugs side by side, one sweet, one unsweet, neither marked. Again – it was slow so I was able to ask, but if it was busy this would have been an annoyance.
