Last week was the first time I ever stepped foot inside of a Dunkin’, and I was greeted by an employee named Makayla. She is super friendly and alongside the Iced Chocolate, donughts, and breakfast, that made my first visit turn into a repeat visit. I came back today and she was working again and she was working. I got a frozen coffee instead of Iced Chocolate and that was the best coffee beverage I’ve ever had. The donuts were amazing as well as my breakfast sandwiches. The wife and I will be back.

Third time I’ve placed my order online and waited in the drive thru line, just to be told at the window that they don’t have what they already charged me for. Can’t keep their products in stock and can’t mark it right in the app. Two stars because the actual employees are always nice.

Very clean and looks fairly new, but the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Our order was messed up three different times, and we had to ask multiple times just to get a simple dozen donuts. They tried giving us an iced coffee when we ordered a hot one, and the other two coffees had no cream or sugar. While we were waiting, multiple people came in from the drive-thru complaining about incorrect orders. They were also out of hash browns.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, will go elsewhere next time:

This is a new store, very clean with kind and helpful staff. They are very quick with your orders. I haven’t had any issues with their service and always get my orders correct. They offer the ability to order ahead and pick up which is great when you’re in a hurry. If you plan to dine in, they have limited seating, but typically isn’t an issue.

This store is operated by three lifeless teenagers who seemed pissed about the concept of eye contact. They were not even nice to each other while I was in the store. The tip cup on the counter should work in reverse. Not going back, ever.

The employees make the place. Try to avoid DD Friday mornings. The girls do a good job though, we are generally pleased. My girlfriend might have a slight addiction to the iced matcha. Lol. Good hash brown things too; affordablypriced.

Okay I’m sure there’s a character limit here so I’m going to keep it brief. We went through the drive-thru and we thought the car two Vehicles ahead of us was holding up the line, but we found out quickly that it was the cashier when we got up to the window. The wait in the Drive-Thru was brutal she forgot the amount of money that we gave her to pay for our meal, and then she had to call for a manager to unlock the drawer and give us our $10 and some odd change back, making this horrifically long wait even more painful. And to finish this she actually dropped part of our change when trying to give it to us out the window. We were both so fed up, that we said forget it and pulled off
