They had messed up my order on Oct 1st with 3 pizza and they y’all were nice enough to credit me the 3 pizzas and try again and so I did today and BIG SHOUT OUT to Dylan .. he helped me and others as well while he was by himself.
This man has EXCELLENT customer service and he mad my food TOP NOTCH!

My latest order(3rd time here) was okay. The first time was a pizza and I found that they made the pizza well and delicious but the second time it was just okay. Didn’t take a picture those times. I did the the 3rd time, in which I decided to try the sides instead of a pizza. The sides weren’t bad I suppose. The jalepeno popper rolls, chicken poppers, and garlic parmesan breadsticks. Popper rolls were good, chicken poppers seemed liked something I can just get at the freezer section in any grocery store, and the breadsticks were a little sad. The breadsticks were good enough but from what I received, it would be better off being called garlic breadsticks. It’s not bad at this location, just a bit inconsistent.

Had a bad experience was given a free pizza and when I tried to redeem it the team member hung up on me after pretending to take my order. When I called back after an hour they offered to pretend to take the order again. I will be going to a different chain and I suggest other do the same. Papa johns used to be one of the best.

I’ve ordered from here frequently. Most of the time, they get it right for the most part. I mean, I honestly don’t think I should be charged for sauce cups and NEVER get them. But, that’s here nor there. A dollar or two isn’t a big deal. Well, tonight, they didn’t do too well. My order was right but my pizza was legitimately stuck to the box. Okay, no big deal. I call it in. I talk to a lovely lady whom was too insignificant to remember her name. But,l proceeded to tell her the issue with my pizza, I get told “The pizza is stuck to the box!?!!!! Hmmm. That’s impressive”. She came off condescending and it really felt like she was calling me a liar. But, okay… here is the proof lol.

Received confirmation email of order at 7:56pm, with delivery time of 103-113 minutes. Did not get my pizza until 10:18pm (142 minutes). I had the order delivered to a hotel, and the delivery address was changed to my suite #, which caused my driver to go a few miles in the opposite direction, which added about 10 minutes to the delivery time.
When I got the order, my pizza was barely warm, there was nowhere near what I would call “extra pepperoni” (the same amount that we get on a regular order), and the entire pizza had jalapeno instead of only half. The store did not give the driver my soda, so he returned later to deliver it.

The consistency at this location is way off. Sometimes the order is fine, but then the next time it will be incorrect, or the quality will be markedly different. The most disappointing thing is that the manager e-mailed my wife and said that they were sorry and to make up for the problems, he would credit our account with 3 free pizzas. That never happened, and when my wife e-mailed and asked about it, she received no reply. The only conclusion I can draw is that this location is inconsistent, not good, and no one seems to care or do anything about it.
