The workers here are so kind! I biked to Dunkin’ and as I was leaving, my bike started having problems. The staff noticed through the window, came outside, and fixed it for me. Amazing customer service! My iced coffee was also ready before I even finished paying, and it tasted great. Thank you!

Incredibly rude. Tool 25 minutes to get an iced coffee and a donut. Lady at speaker box was snarky and rude. And not only that, they mad the drink Incorrectly. Would not come back again.

This was a standard dunkin. My sense is the ownership changed recently. Went early November to get 25 Munchkins. As soon is i opened them i was disappointed. You could tell these were left over from the previous day (on powdered munchkins the powdered sugar starts to get absorbed and the white color changes. When fresh it falls off the donut – these did not.)
Disappointed in this locale now.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. For the past two years my kids have dragged me here, and every single visit the staff somehow manages to sink lower than the time before. It’s almost impressive how consistently terrible they are. If it were up to me, I’d never set foot in this dump again but sadly, I’ll be forced to, and I’ll loathe every second of it.

I’ve been here a few times, and the coffee is always great and the food consistently hot. There’s occasionally a minor mix-up with the order, but it’s always quickly and kindly resolved. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Never had a bad experience — I’ll definitely be back for more!

I cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this store. I ordered a delivery order from this store and asked for a large hot coffee. They sent a large iced coffee. They also left out an item in the order. It is stunning to me that any fast food location can mistake a hot coffee for an iced coffee and think that that’s acceptable. It’s bad enough they don’t bake their items on site and it’s not unusual to get old or even stale donuts there, but not understanding the difference between iced coffee and hot coffee is beyond the pale and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form. What a joke this place is.

I placed an order through the app so that it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, and was informed that they were out of two of the four items I ordered. My coffee was also not made correctly (wasn’t full. See attached picture).
I will just go back to visiting the Twin Oaks location.
