It was a busy saturday night and they messed up our delivery order,we waited roughly two hours for our pizza. we ended up having to drive to the location to pick it up. They realized and admitted their mistake and handled it quickly, we didn’t have to wait at all once we got there. Organization/efficiencies during rush hours could use some work, quality and customer service was fantastic though for a Dominos

We place orders here every week. As of recently the service has been really inconsistent and we try to understand, but this last order was bad. 1 1/2 hour wait to get our order for it to show up one smashed sticking to the top of the box, one burnt, and all food was COLD and hard. Sad to say they used to have great pizza, but that was unacceptable. Won’t be giving another chance.

I was planning to never come back to dominos after they put cheese on my cheese pizza but Micheal Raines made my second experience amazing just phenomenal he had great and I mean great hair and I admires his work ethic this man deserves a pizza Grammy or a good job by the store manger this man deserves a flipping raise to his flippin pay dude

I was staying at the Chinook Winds Hotel and placed a delivery order on my app. I called to verify what building I was in and asked for some plates and napkins the worker cut me me off and said they have NO plates, napkins, utensils, cheese & pepper packets . You get what you order and that’s it…Horrible customer service!! Food was good and delivery was fast. Recommend Pizza, bbq wings & Jalapeño cheese bread.

They tried I think…. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 got it around 8:30 because they were slammed a regular 2 topping pizza. An hr later I decided I wanted another pizza with extra cheese. I paid the extra 2 dollars and was sorely disappointed. The same amount of cheese I just got. Semi burnt and didn’t even put extra sauce. Dry gross and burnt with limited cheese. My previous pizza was better the hr before. I know you’re tired but pleased at extra cheese next time. Thanks.

I am a DoorDash driver and DoorDash gives us 35 minute breaks at any time so I took a Break on my DoorDash shift to eat at This Domino’s. I get a quite weird order where I put Parmesan asiago on the butter and it makes it so crispy and delicious. I went into the store and asked for it to be like that. They said they are busy and it will be about 30 minute, then I said “That’s fine. Take your time” other patrons in the lobby left after hearing the wait time but I gladly stayed and I’m glad I did. The food was amazing. It only took about 20 minutes, not even the 30 that they said. Didn’t catch the name of the manager on shift but the driver Tracy was so polite and kind I had to put the his name on the review.
