I purchased a cheeseburger and fries at the drive thru today. I found that the fries were hot and fresh and that the cheeseburger was perfectly prepared. This order was one of my best orders from a fast food place in a very long time. Great work. The girl also smiled and gave actual eye contact at the window. Thank you for your service!

Burger was room temperature and the onion rings were cold. The only thing that was slightly warm was the jalapeno cheddar bites. With as many people working in there and not many customers I figured it couldn’t be that bad but I had to throw away most of my food.

The Whopper Jr was more like a whopper mini. And the box of fries wasn’t full. I took a photo of my burger..keep in mind I have small hands. The place was clean.

drive thru paid ask to back up after paying “for time tracking ” apparently was told. refused receipt went in because order was wrong cashier refused to give correct cheaper burger than given video taped fly landing on burger while arguing finally went get manager . She was video chatting on her phone entire time told them to make new burger given a single patty walked out side , went back in to get remade to again what i ordered, got given a new burger still made wrong no condiments this time finally printer receipt still video chatting with friend just left refused to give me corporate phone number going to post fly video in restaurant online i guess and report to heath department since you all dont care to talk

Do Not expect Hot Fresh Food, Every Time… Bc you will be disappointed…You may get Your fries but they will be hard as a rock and cold , your Sandwich will taste like it been sitting there forever and heated with a led light.. I feel like respectfully because fast food is already a fast service , the one job they have is to make sure the food is presented FRESH. My family spent money on 4 meals for our family and received it all cold and what seemed like it had been sitting there for some time and just dropped into our to go bag. I tried to call last night about 3-4 times and no answer. With little babies at home it’s an effort to have to drive all the way back just to put in a complaint so now I’m stuck with taking a loss I suppose and not having the problem resolved. This was night crew by the way. My freeze drink also wasn’t even filled throughout my cup, it had the appearance of what looked like it had been sitting out already. I’m not satisfied and probably would never go back. The meat had a bad smell and was shriveled and dried out. I don’t understand how anyone thought this was okay?!

This has got to be the crappiest service I have ever experienced. Every time I go in there they are short-staffed or they’re taking drive-thru customers before they take lobby customers or their machines are down. The service is horrible from almost all of the employees and I don’t think that the owners must be checking the reviews otherwise it would be a lot better than this.
