This place has been a hidden gem in Winter Haven for many years! We take the kids here frequently for family time and sweet treats. The fries are always crispy and they have a delicious pulled pork sandwich!

The lady didn’t flip my blizzard. It’s one part of the experience ,so you took away like half . The blizzard was great . The worms were too chewy though . The blizzard came in a baseball cup because they’re the official treat of MLB baseball I used the drive thru it was $4 and cents for a small blizzard. You’re not even getting that much . All in all not much to complain about as I like how you can look at the menu before coming to the speaker. The ice cream wasn’t even fully mixed together . But no complaints as it was great !

The young lady that take our order was super friendly. The Reese’s ice cream was AWESOME. The only thing they should fix, is the drive thru menu. It’s so tall, that that you can not see all the menu from the passenger seat.

Used to be one of my favorite places to stop for lunch, but when they wanted to charge my mom an extra 67 cents just for a dipping sauce for her tenders with her lunch “special”, it has gone to one of the last places I will stop for lunch again. Checkers is across the street and their meals are cheaper.

I don’t think il be buying chicken here anymore. This chicken was by far the hardest dryers chicken I ever spent money on. And what does staff member say? Ok have a great day! No room to fix their over fried chicken error….. terrible service.

I had the best Customer Service yesterday on 10/31/2025 at Dairy Queen. We went in to order a $7.00 Meal and it was running late because of new fryers being installed. The Owner Ryan came out and apologized and refunded my money. He knows we are regular customers as we go there every week. He knows how to treat customers and his employees are very friendly.
