Last night I ordered from here after I got home from work. Being so tired I fell asleep. My delivery instructions were to hand it to me not to leave it at the door. Unfortunately for me I fell asleep and missed my delivery. By two hours. Naturally I was upset. Thought someone stole my food. Which was probably the case and was very upset. I called the driver. No answer. So I called the store. I told the manager on duty my situation and he was very sympathetic to my situation and he decided to re sent my order out to me. He gave me an eta of 45 mins buy my food was actually delivered within 25 minutes. I am so grateful for this manager. He honestly didnt have to re send my order out but he dididwithbthe up coming storm this was a very important meal for me and mt family. The food was delivered hot and tasty and was enjoyed thoroughly. Thank u to this location and more importantly to the manager and drivers. The roads were beginning to ice over and even tho they technically did their jobs right the first time they didnt blame me for my mistake and rectified the issue with no issues. I just moved to the area and from this point going forward they’ll have a loyal customer. A big thank u to the manager on duty on January 24th and to both drivers. Yall are champions in my book!!! 5 stars to yall. Next time I wo t be such a hassle.

If I could give zero stars I would ! This has to have been the worst experience at a pizza restaurant I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered a pizza it took over an hour to get to my location. I called to check the status I was talk down to , disrespected , and hung up on. I called back to speak with a manager and from the tone of his voice he already knew what this is was in reference to ….instead of giving me the employee‘s name, he told me that due to privacy he couldn’t release information, an being someone who used to work in customer service I can completely understand that ! but how dare you allow someone to treat a paying customer like Trash? I already contacted corporate. I’ve already handled this with my bank. I will not pay for food or service when it comes with that much attitude and that much disrespect! So people if you’re gonna deliver pizza in Athens, Georgia, do not go to the Baxter Street location. The management team doesn’t care and the employees are on something or they just really hate their jobs and whichever one it is, they need to find something safe to do… oh and not to mention when my food actually did get here the pizza had no sauce and the chicken was burnt. Do better Domino’s.!

Really cool spot, clean and nice employees. The last 3 times I have ordered the pizza was not sliced all the way or this.It can start a royal rumble between kids when you are trying to divie out slices. I called the other 2 times, but same thing again.

Placed an order which I waited on for 45 minutes and was never received. When I called for an update I was told the pizza was delivered to wrong person and hung up on. I had to call back to see if they were planning on redelivering or refunding me because they never called or told me. It’s fine not being able to remake the pizza close to closing but giving me no information about the status of my charge or dinner and being hung up on is just poor customer service. Boooooooo

Placed order at 6:24 p.m for delivery. Didn’t receive my order til 8:44 p.m. Food was cold, didnt get part of my order, and the dressing that was supposed to come with a salad was warm like as if it sat out of a fridgefor awhile. Tried to call the store numerous times to cancel order but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I probably won’t get a credit for the missing salad either. However, delivery driver was nice and courteous about the issue. Hopefully they pull through with my credit on missing item.

The service at this Domino’s store is superb. Nothing compared to the one off Atlanta Hwy next to Groome ( which has a weird/mean older guy that tries to force you to tip the amount he wants, yes, for window pickup!).
The one off Baxter St are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. They always deserve a good tip.

Fire this staff immediately. Just lazy and incompetent. Disgusting. Never tipping before I get anything anymore. Also, one of your drivers asked for a tip. Extremely unprofessional.

I order 5 pizzas( 3 pepperonis and two meatzza pizza) it was so terrible I will never order pizza from 396 Baxter st again….. I would recommend anybody in the Athens area to go to the Lexington Rd. Spot because they are the GOAT!!!!! And when I got in the store the worker were laying and sitting down….

I ordered a pizza online, the domino’s tracker eventually informed me that my pizza was ready for pickup. I arrive 15 minutes later and the door was locked. I told them I ordered a pizza, they said they would bring it out to me. They brought me the pizza. I got home, opened the box and the pizza was burned! The ground beef was hard as rock! They didn’t even finish slicing the pizza! Barely any sauce! Picture included! Never again! The one located next to big lots is best!
