I saw the sign for a charleys cheese steaks and I pulled in and it was only 9:55 am so I saw the big sign saying drive thru 10am to 10pm and figured I’d wait because it was only 5-10 minutes wait. Well about 10:05 am I see a lady pull in and by the time she gets out of her car it’s 10:09. She said she was the store manager and they don’t open until 11am. I said the sign blatantly says 10am , she says well we have things we have to get ready so we don’t start serving until 11am!! Total waste of 15 minutes on a beautiful morning for a rude manager! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

My husband and I went here for lunch, when we arrived it was dead so we decided to eat inside. When we went in it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, we thought about leaving but decided to give it a chance. We ordered cheese fries, a philly cheese steak with green onion and peppers, and we got 4 Cajun rub boneless wings to try. The food was very very bland. It was all sad and flavorless. There was hardly any meat or veggies on the sub. We still ate it cause we were hungry and already paid but never going back. Also the dining area had needed some tlc with stocking condiments and salt pepper packets.

Special online AND ON THE PHYSICAL MENU through the drive thru clearly stated 20 boneless wings, fries, two condiment sides for $16.99. The cashier told me numerous times that was not a deal they had. I had to tell him to check their website and their menu for him to recognize what was advertised. I asked 4x if my order was spicy or not and he assured me it was “not” only for it to be in fact spicy. I had to correct and point out the discrepancies in what I was originally charged which was over $12 difference. I don’t typically complain but for Charley’s being as expensive as it is- it really shouldn’t be as low of quality.

My order got completely wrong. I asked for the special 20 boneless with fries and the girl said oh we don’t have that. I said what do you mean that is the special and she came vtand said ah ok. I went back inside and told them my wings were lemon pepper not buffalo, in less then a minute she came back again with the same wings and lemon pepper on top. I said lemon pepper not buffalo, and she grabbed the wings very rude from my hands and throw them next to the drive through window. Then the cook came with attitude, asking me if it was lemon pepper and I said yes. I was calm but upset and they were very rude. Also I wanted large cheese fries and I didn’t get them. So disappointed

Today Friday 11/7/25 was my first day visiting your store in the drive-thru. At 277 3rd Street South Jacksonville, Fl. Store #02386 my ticket #124 I was unaware that the soda machine wasn’t working, on the menu it just says Soda. I kept asking what types of sodas was available, so I could select, your clerk {on my ticket it says Jasmine} she was quite rude and kept putting emphasis on the lemonade products before she finally said that the soda machine wasn’t working. She needs to figure out a way in her greeting to make it known that the soda machine isn’t working. I spent $13 the food was good but her service stunk!!!!! This was my first time visiting your restaurant since I was in the area and I will NOT be returning. It’s not so much as what you said, it’s how you say things. I managed fast food restaurants for many years. Thank you for your time.

Ordering here was miserable, the manager took our order (we didnt know it was the manager) through the intercom. She corrected us multiple times on items we ordered correctly. They were out of all drinks, but lemonade. When she gave us the total it was off. We asked why, her response was very condensending. Instead of ringing us up for the combos we ordered. She rang it up without the drinks, then tacked on the drinks separately. I asked why and her response was that lemonade was a premium drink. I responded that they gave us no option…really nobody in the vehicle wanted lemonade as a first choice. Then she said to pull up and talk to a manager, which was her. We just drove off at that point. Rude.

Whoever is over this location is doing very much a poor job at staff. I sat and drive-through for over 30 minutes. Left the drive-through to go inside and stood another 30 to 45 minutes while one employee work drive-through in the register and one walked around running her mouth poor customer service. My whole lunch break was taken up by this restaurant for no reason.
