I had an awesome experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Colleen for making it exceptional.

From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell they take pride in maintaining a great environment. That alone sets them apart.

But what truly made the visit stand out was Colleen’s customer service. She was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of positive energy and professionalism to every interaction. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Trey was nothing short of spectacular. Amazing customer service. Stack made to PERFECTION. This location used to be just ok. Haven’t been there in over a year and man have things changed. Trey was friendly kind and made one of the best stacks I have ever had. I will be coming back. This store and Trey should be used as an example and model of what every Moe’s should be like. … perfection.

In all my years of living near a Moe’s, I never had the desire to really go get it..I’m not a fan of TexMex..it’s also why I don’t go to certain chains, but I was in the rare mood for something different. I’m a new fan..when I’m in the area to get it. It’s not something I would drive a car distance to get..but it was filling, staff was pleasant.
Food – I got the “home wrecker bowl” and got it to go. When I say the bowl was slap packed full…it was “lid off explosion” type of full. I didn’t get the girls name who made it..she was the only one without a name tag in the whole store but she had a color streak in her hair (can’t remember if it was pink or purple)…but this girl/waiter was making my bowl, another bowl and a burrito to go…AT THE SAME TIME!! Talk about being fast, efficient and courteous. Tyra was another one that was on top of her game as far as making the food orders.

Service – I pretty much covered that into the food side..also Aimee at the end who did the billing was also really helpful and she was making orders as well. Told her it was my first time, she giggled and then said welcome to Moe’s..as they do on the commercials…so I’m not a rookie anymore..lol.

They didn’t have queso sauce..or were out of it. On the app…if you’re new, you get a free side of queso sauce and have 7 days to use it.

Will I go back? More than likely, and this will be the store that I’ll go to even though we have one in Bristol that’s closed due to renovations. On a 1-5…4.8 and that’s only because one of the girls that was working was texting on her phone, and then touched food..I didn’t catch her name but other than that…5’s and 10’s all the way around.

Awful experience, store was extremely dirty and food was underwhelming and gross. I’ve had moes plenty of times and this tops it as the worst I’ve ever had. Went at 11:45 before lunch rush. Food looked like it had been sitting out all day , just didn’t look fresh or filled up like you would expect a lunch prep to look. Chips were absolutely disgusting i couldn’t eat more than one of them. They were greasy and undercooked and the oil tasted rancid. Despite the friendliness of the employee serving us his appearance matched that of the store. I couldn’t get a peak in the kitchen but if the customer facing side is that dirty and un organized I can’t imagine what it looks like on the other side of the door or inside the walk in. I regret even purchasing this food let alone consuming it. Do not eat here.

Wanted to try this place for the first time. Food was very spicy, the guy was in his own little world and asked if we were ready to order which we said yes. The look on his face was serious as if he really didn’t want to work. If you hate your job then find something else. I won’t be back not for 32 in change and way too expensive.

I always crave moe’s. I generally wait a while between visits because I’m always sure they just had an off day or something. This go around wasn’t the best nor was it the worst… it was BLAH. For the cost? Not worth it this time. Everything was really really salty… & I love salt. I ordered the green salsa and of course i just got a throw in of the same salsas. The part that I hated the most was the fact that our food wasn’t fully wrapped and it was cold. With an open paper bag it’s just really frustrating. I understand not using plastic but you can absolutely spare enough foil to wrap my food properly.

Very disappointed with lunch order from Moe’s today. I ordered homewrecker bowl with a good amount of toppings and I order the same thing every few weeks or so. The bowl was missing roasted corn salsa, black olives, fresh jalapeños, and Chipotle ranch sauce. So bowl did not have much in it and was dry since no sauce. I did not receive any utensils as requested. I got a bag of tortilla chips nothing else no red salsa or poblano crema sauce as requested. I called Moe’s and was on hold my whole lunch break. Could not get ahold of anyone. Will have me rethinking ordering from them again.

I’ve eaten at enough Mexican joints in my life to feel like I’ve pretty much covered the entire spectrum from bottom end to the finest gourmet. And honestly, given my passion for the style, I was genuinely surprised when I realized that I had never eaten at a Mo’s before. This one is about 10 minutes from where I work so when a co-worked suggested it for a Thursday lunch man-date, I bit on that like a rattlesnake.

As per usual, I did my due diligence as far as researching the place and it’s selections. I like knowing what I’m going to order when I walk in as I sometimes freeze up like a deer in headlights if I try to decide spontaneously. The general consensus on this place seemed to be that if you have a bad experience, it’s going to be service related. Meaning, the food is probably going to be good.

We walked in and I “got it” right away; it’s a Mexican Subway. My man-date was shocked that I didn’t already know that, but again having never been in one I was going in cold. Couple people in front of us, but they move them through really quickly here, so the wait was not an issue. Placed my order for a “Steak Wrong Doug” with the first gent at station one, he offered me the options and was overall super pleasant. On to the next station and another guy who was equally pleasant as he helped me decide on the fixings. Smooth sailing! Finally at the register, a SUPER friendly lady who we joked around with as we waited for our meals to come out.

Bottom line on the food: It was good, really good. Flavorful, fresh tasting, awesome. And the free chips and salsa bar were just like a hidden gem. Really, really good overall.

Bottom line on the service: It too was good, really good. I get it that people have bad experiences with other people, and that can ruin the dining experience itself. I for one will ALWAYS give a place another shot or 2 if I get bad service but the food is on point. If you did happen to have a bad service experience here in the past, I will say 100% that this place is worth another shot.

Horrible. Went Sunday 12/7 some girl thing named Tyra couldn’t care less. Has her headphones in. Talking away to people on her phone and other employees. Kept asking me over and over what I said because she wasn’t paying attention. Another girl working cashier. They’re both miserable and hate their jobs. Tyra was just unbearable.

The tofu is so gross. We used to love Moe’s tofu. But whatever this new cubed burnt technique is, is not edible. We ordered one burrito with only tofu because it used to be edible… And threw it away…$20. for nothing
