Really bad service from an Asian guy. It was my first time coming to this place and I didn’t know I had to order at the first window, so I went to the second window and told him I didn’t know. Then he was like, ‘Yeah, you have to get in line again,’ and I had already been waiting there for almost 20 minutes. For someone’s first time, and for a business that should try to give the best service possible so people will come back, the way he answered me and the nasty face he made… I’m not coming back to this place again.

First time coming here. The chicken and beef tasted really good. It’s charbroiled. It filled me up. I got the large. If you want more than 2 hot sauces they charge $0.50 cents which is annoying. But I’ll still be coming back to eat on my lunch time. It’s delicious. Worth the try at least once.

IMHO, this place is better than MOS. ask for the chicken well done. It is pricier than MOS but to me it taste better. oh well i guess everyone has different taste buds ♂️

Used to enjoy coming here but recently there food has been declining. Chicken used to taste like it was actually grilled and would be very favorable. Now its taste frozen and has this wierd after taste. Their rice is a bit to chewy.
Update* Huge improvement since last time I came. Which ever cook you have now, keep him. Food was amazing once again. Would come back anytime

Ill tell you what i wouldn’t have expected the beef teriyaki with rice to be this good. But it was absolutely amazing. I could eat here everyday. Service is great and food is even better

Food: I don’t know our food was canceled without notice minutes before uber was going to pick it up
Customer service: the manager didn’t provide any solution. He kept deflecting and did not take any ownership. He literally canceled my $100 order because we asked for extra sauce. They should have an option when ordering online to add sauce but it doesn’t so we put it in the comments section to add sauce. His response when reaching out to him was this “we need to change for the sauce and since you didn’t reply or pay for it we need to cancel your order”
Ambiance: we ordered for take out!
I hope someone above the store manager gets to see this review and reaches out. $100 order canceled over extra sauce. This is bad business practice, and the manager should be retrained on his customer service and solutions. I’m sure the owner would hate to know the store lost a $100 sale over extra sauce.

I love the food here. I grew up near here and never tried it. Now as an adult I come here all the time. I think about all the food I missed out on when I was growing up because I didn’t want to give this place a try.
