Being from NJ and just moving to The Woodlands in 2020 this is the closest you can get to NYC style pizza. The owner is from Staten Island and they know how to make a great pie. (We call them pizza pies up in our area). I don’t miss home so much now lol.

These folks are near my house. They have great pizza – and a great Cold Sub. The two things I order most. Coming from the Northeast, love speaking with the owners. Feels like home. Except I was from MA and they’re from NY. One would think we should be enemies. But that pizza is too good for that!

Been eating Brother’s for years, Brother’s at Sterling Ridge most consistently offers the best pizza in the area. My pie tonight was divine, fresh out of the oven, piping hot and delicious. It was the type of pizza you dream about getting again and love to share with family. The cheese, the tomato sauce and crust were all perfect.

We’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks. Everything we’ve ordered has been great; antipasto salad, Sicilian pie, plain cheese Pies, eggplant parm hero.
My family is from NYC, and while this doesn’t make us experts on pizza the way everyonr from NYC claims. It does mean we are familiar with a NYC style pie. This pizza holds up quite well. Sauce is great, crust is crisp and most important (for me) the bottom is browned and the pizza holds together when lifted. I’d also note, the pizza is the right thickness, most places are too thick, some places are thin like flatbread – this is that goldilocks thickness you’re looking for.
The Sicilian is also quite good, again benefitting from the excellent sauce used for the pizza. It is, however, a bit dense for my liking. Some Sicilian Pies can be quite light as the dough has more time to sit and rise – I prefer the lighter airier Sicilian, but I would still order another Sicilian here despite that.
Take out was quick and easy.

Came in for a slice, but it was after 2pm – thankfully they had a few leftover so I got the deluxe slice and I’m glad I sat down inside to eat it…because I got back up and ordered a pie to take home. Seriously some of the best pizza in The Woodlands!! Sauce is so fresh and crust is perfect.
