The location and atmosphere here are good, but the service needs improvement. The staff member working seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job, and she was handling one food item and then touching another without proper care. It didn’t feel as organized or consistent as other Chipotle locations. With better attention to food handling and service, this place could be much better.

I love coming to chipotle but the customer service in this location was by far the absolute worst I’ve had. The attitudes were all over the place. I asked for the code for the bathroom and they responded to me in a rude way. Also I told them my order at the beginning with everything I wanted and when it was time to pay I added an extra guacamole and it was followed by a big sigh and attitude “ anything else” while rolling their eyes. And honestly if I could give zero stars for service I would.

The service was terrible. The lady made us wait until she served everyone else before charging us so we could finally eat. We bought fountain drinks and then realized there was no ice, and the girl shamelessly said there was nothing she could do. We ended up having to buy bottled drinks instead. I love Chipotle, but I’ll try to erase this particular one from my life.

On a finer scale, I would probably give this location a 4.5 rating. The food and service were fantastic! The only feedback that I would offer is that the preparation area was a bit cluttered and dirty. Having said that, we did arrive at the busiest time, the staff was very attentive to (US) and they were just super nice. Thank you for a great meal!

I had an unpleasant experience at this Chipotle location (5402 Sapp Road, Greensboro, NC 27409). The employee assisting me, named Jalaree, was noticeably rude and unprofessional throughout the ordering process. She rolled her eyes, displayed dismissive body language, and handled my food carelessly by throwing it into the bowl. When I requested additional ingredients, she responded in an aggressive tone, repeatedly asking, “What else?” in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile.

This level of customer service is unacceptable and far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. The interaction left me so uncomfortable that I decided not to eat the food and ultimately threw it away. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated with respect moving forward. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Why do I feel so unwelcome in this particular Chipotle I have no idea. Went to order lunch for take out, the lady at the counter was so standoffish and they took my card and went to the back to process payment. I asked why? The man standing at the counter said their Point of Purchase is down at the front. I asked for receipt, she said it doesn’t print receipt and left me hanging there, like what if I insisted on getting a receipt. Later I checked how much they charged my card, it was more than what I ordered, I didn’t order queso or avocado, just regular meat. I paid nearly 10 last time and this time I paid 1.50 extra. What’s up with that??? Won’t be going to friggin place again!!!!

Every time I ordered here they always get my order correct even when I order around 9pm when I got off from my job working at Sam’s Club. They don’t mess it up and they make my order on time. This is best chipotle to go to in Greensboro.

First time dining at this location and will probably not be back. I was the only customer in the establishment around 7pm on a Tuesday evening and for some reason it took a long time for anyone to come and take my order. That was slightly frustrating but would’ve been alright if the food was good. My entire meal (burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, & corn with chips and queso on the side) was super salty. So salty I couldn’t finish it. I get Chipotle at least once a week at other locations and I’ve never experienced salty food before. Since customer service wasn’t great while placing my order, I saw no point in letting the staff know. I just threw it away and walked out.

They had a nice size dining area and an outdoor eating area which looked nice. Shame my visit wasn’t a great experience.

Awful attitudes of employees. When asking what we wanted, they acted like it was an inconvenience to fix our food. My friend asked for more sour cream and he slapped it on like he was pissed!! When we said “thank you” there was no replying, no smiles or anything. Everyone there was rude! I told them all “Smile” you guys look miserable!!!
