First time eating at a Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Really love their food and the chicken strips and fries were delicious! Not including the giant strawberry milkshake was so sweet and tasty. Service was amazing and the young gentleman behind the counter was kind and friendly. Definitely be back in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I mean equally good and equally bad. Wait time after order was around 20 minutes which is not good for fast food. Good thing is price was decent, double cheeseburger meal was only 10 dollars, but it’s very small, just a little bigger than sliders. Burger itself also mixed feelings, bun was ok very fresh lettuce and ingredients but meat patties were really bad, tasted weird, not fresh, and it’s not thick like on menu pictures, it’s really thin slices, that’s why I guess price was low. On other hand fries were really good, loved fries, perfectly cooked, u can see on pictures, not soggy to too crispy, right in the middle. So I enjoyed fries more than burger.

Great experience at this Dairy Queen! The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, I like how it’s well decorated with birthday products. The staff members were friendly, respectful, and worked efficiently . My food came out fresh and quickly, and the milkshake was perfectly made. One small note— the hand washing sink in the restroom wasn’t working during my visit, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was perfect. Extremely thankful burger eater here

The food is good, the prices are great. On my last visit, I got two adult meals, and one kids meal for about $21 which is not bad at all! And our meals came with some ice cream The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. When we don’t feel like cooking, DQ is our first option.

This establishment is about as franchise as you can get. Ice cream comes out decent, its hard to mess that up. I ordered a cake one week prior to needing it. went to pick it up, only to be left unacknowledged at the counter for several minutes. Then I find the cake was never made – but don’t worry, they’ll make it on the spot so I was left waiting again and was given a quickly put together cake. Having a dq cake uniquely decorated has been a birthday tradition for my daughter for years. This was a very frustrating situation that taught me to order our cakes elsewhere.

So I normally don’t ever reviews for anything but paying 18 dollars for so little is absurd. The customer service was rude, told us to go around because the person behind us only had one ice cream, which is fair because we ordered 2 chicken baskets, but I went around to see there was a line and it’s unreasonable to wait for 3 other orders to pass when we had ordered first, could’ve always put us at a curbside and bring the food out. So I then went inside to pick it up and the guy who was working window gave me an attitude but the guy who was working kitchen was kind and gave me my food right away. I work at a dairy queen back at home and this is beyond disappointing. the attitude, customer service and professionalism is terrible. I’ve read the bad reviews now and clearly this DQ franchise has done nothing to improve themselves so instead of replying with an automated message, go to that franchise, re train them and actually make the change. So disappointing. So glad the managers at my Dairy Queen actually trained me to respect customers and their time.

Food was good, people are nice, service is really slow. It took about 15 minutes to get our order and there was only 2 couples in front of us. Ac wasn’t on so it was getting pretty hot in there. Again nice people just really slow and hot inside. It took over 45 minutes to get the order. 3 ice cream cones.

I placed a mobile order and noticed upon picking up that the parmesan garlic sauce was back. I had requested online BBQ, which was the only option, Parm. not available online. I asked politely to have the sauce substituted.
I patiently waited for the change to be made. The manager acknowledged my request and stated that I could make the change to my order. I thanked them and continued on my way. Upon arriving home, I prepared four bites of raw chicken, which promptly made me ill. I promptly called the restaurant and informed the manager that I was not satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, the manager was unkind and unable to offer any form of refund. He even accused me of lying to him. I decided to cease my efforts to obtain any compensation from him. The experience was highly disappointing, and I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

DQ 860 hwy27 Clermont 1 star is too many for this miserably owned ice cream place! I was served RAW CHICKEN TENDER the other night I took photos of the raw chicken and receipt when I returned to the resturant the owner ( wife& husband team) acted like I was the problem only wanted to refund me for 1 chicken tender??.I tell her I could have gotten very sick and could call the health department only then she choses to refund me for the box and never apologizes I tell her she should learn to be kind to paying customers it doesnt cost a thing she takes my receipt and crumbles it and throws it away infront of me..I then tell her,:” thats ok” I photographed it along with the raw chicken!! All the employees look unhappy and Im.sure they are with these 2 rotten miserable owners..its IceCream people are suppose to be Happy! Start treating people with kindness or DONT be in Customer Service!

Tried to place an online order because in person is always awful. Placed online order at 12:45, app said to arrive at 12:59. Arrived at the drive thru at 12:57 and was told I was ton early, I’d need to wait. I went into the store to wait and at 1:07 I asked for an update. I was told “I placed my order wrong”, and I should leave and “the system will refund me.” I showed my receipt that shows the correct address, correct time, and my receipt that was paid. I was told again, very dismissively, that the order is wrong and he will not make it and I need to order again or leave. I decided to wait, having no faith in a system refund, and eventually the system printed my order. I asked how he could not see anything in the system and why he asked me to leave and the manager essentially said he takes no responsibility for anything on mobile orders. Dealing with this manager was unbelievably frustrating.
Please avoid. I know my kids love the blizzards but there are better local ice cream shops that don’t have this level of difficulty.
