I had such a great experience at Esteamed Coffee! The latte I ordered was absolutely fantastic — rich, well-balanced, and expertly crafted. It was easily one of the best lattes I’ve had in the area ☕️. The pumpkin muffin was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the coffee.
What makes this place even better is the warm, community-focused vibe — a cozy spot where you can enjoy quality drinks and tasty pastries in a welcoming environment. Their mission and atmosphere only add to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I was visiting downtown Cary and really needed a coffee, so I visited this place. I knew nothing about it and I’m so glad I found it! The employees were so nice, it’s rare to meet baristas who you can have a fun conversation with nowadays so I was delighted to talk with everybody. I got the snowbird latte and it was just the right amount of sweetness.

This a fantastic little coffee shop! I stopped by for a few hours to get some work done while waiting for my daughter’s school to let out. I noticed a 1 star review for the establishment not allowing dogs inside unless they are trained service animals; which means that dude has never worked in any food service place and is unreasonably mad because he got told “no”. The owner responded very well to him and that’s all I’ll say about him.

The coffee shop itself is awesome! It is located right in downtown Cary, within walking distance of a lovely park, post office, library, markets, or whatever you’d need in downtown. My tea latte was prepared quickly and was just what I needed! I also tried a pastry that is supplied by a local bakery (chocolate chip cookie- classic but delicious!) And on top of all of that, the shop itself has staff that is genuinely happy to see you and will easily make you a smile with your order and by teaching you fancy new scrabble words that you never knew before! This place has a clear mission and is doing very well to achieve it! Very glad I chose to come work here today! I will be coming back!

My family and I took a day trip to NC and in a true NY fashion we sniffed out a coffee shop! When we parked we loved the outside (turns out it was the back!) and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that we did. Ladd took our order and was oh so kind! He was wonderful and so personable! Even with a line he answered questions and was so kind to us even wished me a Happy Mother’s Day! Service was extremely fast getting our 2 coffees and lemonade in under 5 mins with the line. They were incredible! Truly such a great coffee shop! My husband and I did order the same thing and one was missing cinnamon (which worked in our favor. I forgot to ask to do no cinnamon!)
Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to making a perfect cuppa joe!

Good cause. Bad coffee. Paid $6.70 for a 12-ounce hot mocha with sugar-free dark chocolate (they were out of the regular chocolate). Coffee was weak as water, literally tasted like no coffee and no oat milk were added. Never again.

This is a really lovely place to get a cup of coffee. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. It was really really helpful, being away from home and in a new city, to have a place I could go for my morning coffee where I felt safe. Scripting by the employees meant that I was able to interact using my own scripts, saving me mental and social energy. It also wasn’t too loud, the lighting wasn’t too harsh, and the overall environment was extremely pleasant. The merch and art available was fantastic and I found a few things I just had to bring home!
I appreciated the creative seasonal drink options and they were very tasty too! It’s a great option in the area if you like sweet and fun drinks, including those without coffee in them. Many shops use a very dark and intense espresso, which is not my preference, and so it was extra-nice to have something a bit lighter. The chocolate croissant I had was simply ok, but it’s a coffee shop, not a bakery!
If I’m back in Cary, I’ll be back in Esteamed!

Such a nice and welcoming place! Great idea and realization. Nice lighting, air, very comfy. The only remark and wish I to use less plastic packaging. Paper box would do the same job.

There are plenty of coffee shops around, but I really appreciated this one because it not only provided a great drink, there’s a good purpose behind it. I appreciated so very much the inclusion of workers with disabilities, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. We will definitely be back.
