This place has always been pretty good to me. The staff is always friendly and the coffees usually good too.

2/22/26 – @ 1:30 pm – not really a review of the store – more a staff member. whoever the woman working behind the counter today is, should be fired for talking to the staff the way she was. She was yelling at all the staff nonstop. She never turned around to assist us, yet knew we were there. She screamed at the boy Jerry behind the wall to take “come take their order”. She was complaining about the orders people at the window were making. She yelled at the other girl at the window about a straw if the customer outside waiting had one, she screamed “do they have a straw” 3-5 times like she was talking to a defiant teenager. My daughter and I stopped in because today is her 13th birthday and she wanted a jelly donut. Unfortunately, We walked out in disgust and ended up going to Bills Donuts. We have been coming to this location for years and live very close. Huge disappointment. Terrible staff member.

I went through the drive thru at 9:48 am, i pulled into the second speaker, it took about 3-4 minutes to be told hold on one moment. The person who was at the first speaker got to first as me and my friend were already waiting. My friend was missing her bagel. I have tried to call numerous times to get ahold of someone and no will answer the phones. My friend has a nail appointment or I would be going up there for my friend. (Not my car) I am not at all impressed as they rushed as well with poor customer service.

I usually order a brown sugar shaken espresso but the last two times I’ve gone it’s almost like they put no espresso in it and all oat milk . I also order the sweet cream foam and they always forget it . Customer service could be better .

I’ve been going to this Dunkin almost everyday since I’ve moved to the area (7 years ago). They are always kind and welcoming. If there has been an issue (coffee or food made wrong) they always are happy to fix it with no issues. The energy here is great.

Coffee. That’s it. Good, consistent coffee.
Correction: NOT consistent. Constantly making mistakes.
Otherwise, stay away from the food.
I tried a chorizo pepper wrap.
That stuff is some toxic hell.
I have no idea what chemicals they pump into that.
It’s scary. I am afraid to excrete it.
I should not have eaten it.
Pray for me.
Update: removing a star because their frozen machine is broken. Get it together people. Owner: buy a backup machine for God sakes. That way if one breaks down you’ll have a back up! Duh! You realize you have people addicted to your products, right? Well, don’t be surprised if the addicts who are feinding for their fix get pissed off and rate you poorly because your stuff is broken.
Update: moved another star because of small volume in my “large coffee.”

Also, I asked for the same coffee every time. A large hot coffee with two cream and five Splenda and half the time they don’t put the splenda in there. They’re in such a rush. It’s ridiculous. The coffee is too hot for me to taste it before I drive away. So I get down the road away and there’s no sweetener in it. Whatever the employees are getting paid it’s way too much. I worked in the service industry for a decade and this quality of service is crap.

Why I keep going back is a mystery.
Got my regular coffee with stevia instead of Splenda.
Tastes awful

I love Dunkin’ this is no exception. The iced coffee is great, and on Tuesdays you can add a shot of espresso for under $1. I’m not sure why anyone would want to pass on that deal
