I ordered 2 of the rotisserie chicken bite baskets, and each meal got a little cup that was barely halfway filled with tiny chicken pieces. Overall the food tasted good, but disappointed in the servings of chicken.

Biggest problem with the Boonville In. location is pricey. Price was almost $8.00 fotwo small vanilla cones approximately 2.00 more we could have had 2 banana splits. Service has been absolutely terrible for some time now. Takes entirely too long to get food whether you’re in the drive through or in-store. A simple order with no changes to their normal menu takes well over 20 minutes to get for food that’s already been pre-made, just needs to be assembled and bagged. There needs to be an overhaul on management and better training in efficiency. Absolutely terrible.

If you order a blizzard, you’re likely going to get a cup of vanilla ice cream. Every time we’ve gone, they put NOTHING in our blizzards, maybe a few crumbles. The service also tends to be on the slow side.

Great food, as we’ve experienced at every Dairy Queen, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly, the temperature of the dining room was too high to be comfortable, and some of the flavors in the soft drink dispenser were out. We’ll be back, but hopefully the store will get some maintenance soon!

You wait in a line for 9 minutes and all you’re looking forward to is the chicken with the gravy. The fries are always cold(but their chicken makes up for it). but, they don’t give you gravy. any other place would just give it to you. They had a big gravy order so. i switched to honey mustard cause, it sounded like they didn’t have gravy(they did) still got charged even tho it’s supposed to come to with chicken meal. She wasn’t even nice(the crew was just not a kinda older person).

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken today through the drive through. It had only lettuce, cheese, and some canned diced tomatoes in it. It wasn’t very fresh, and it looked like it only had one chicken strip in it. I was given breaded chicken even though I asked for grilled chicken two times!
