I was excited to catch a Whopper. It’s been about 6 years since my last one.
The Whopper with cheese was pretty good with ample toppings, but it was not hot. That brought it down a notch as it was about a 12 minute wait with no other customers in the lobby. They seemed to be focused on the drive through, but it was not busy either – just steady.
Fries were perfect and hot.
The high top table was sticky and the seats needed to be wiped down. The front door is pretty grungy, but not too bad.
It could have been better, but it was a decent treat.

So, I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food, but this visit merits some acknowledgement. I’ve never seen a burger that looks like it came out of a commercial, but the Whopper I got today was perfect in every way.
This is quite possibly the cleanest fast food restaurant I think I’ve ever been in. And, kudos to Burger King for having gender-neutral bathrooms. While other fast food companies are pushing to eliminate DEI, Burger King has shown through a simple gesture that inclusion matters.
I don’t have kids, but if I did, I’d be here on those rainy or snowy days since they have a very clean indoor play area.
I’m just impressed with the level of cleanliness and service I received today. Shout out to the person who cooked the Whopper, and to Dominique for her outstanding service and care!!!

I came here with my daughter and granddaughter. They didn’t have any chicken fires available, so she had to get nuggets instead. The onion rings were almost inedible from being so salty. The fries were cold. The play place is nice, but it was freezing inside. They also did not have a gate locked that accessed the area behind and under the play area. Service was as expected for a fast food restaurant. Probably won’t be back unless my granddaughter insists!

Stopped here on my way back to Denver. I don’t often choose fast food, but wanted to experience some nostalgia. I remember the nuggets having more meat, but the burger and fries more than made up for the meal.
Notably, The drive-thru attendant made my experience. Idk if he was giving me his best “npc” , but my guy was professional, genuine on point. Made my day to have that level of service!

We stopped in late afternoon and made an order to dine in. We were heading further north to help in-law move and wanted to grab a little something for them too. Lyra took our order and as we discussed amongst ourselves what food to bring the in-law she asked the cooks to make that food later once we were ready to leave!!
Incredibly thoughtful and sure enough as we stood up they knocked it out. Wonderful staff here, hot fresh food, whole restaurant spotless.

This Burger King has always fallen short. After an instance where there was fly in my burger, which was corrected by management, I have attempted to give it another try. However, the service is always poor, getting skipped over in the drive through consistently, being told to pull around and forgotten. I have had more poor experiences than positive ones. It is worth it to drive up north a ways to go to the smaller Burger King.

Gave me PTSD from going to McDonald’s trying to get ice cream all the time when I tried to get a couple ice cream cones and apparently they’re just out of ice cream cones? I’m sorry. You’re a multi-national billion-dollar corporation that is based in so many different locations it’s bewildering to think that you would be out of stock of anything considering the fact that you are a corporation that can easily restock anything that’s on the shelves.

The service was great and I was greeted right away the young lady at the drive-thru was very polite she made the experience enjoyable.
The food was disappointing and I’m not sure why employees think it’s okay to send food out that looks like this. Training needs to be revisited for employees on the line so they can understand that customers are coming here for more than affordable food it’s unacceptable to send food out like this when people have paid for it.

Stopped for “quick bite, not busy at all. There were people standing all around waiting for orders, took us 20 minutes!!! To get our order. They had no clue what was going on. Should have gone to sit down meal.

Well… good try Burger King? My second time to this location by my house. Was real bad the first time, waited 6 months and tried again. Somehow worse. Is that supposed to be the same sandwich? Wrong bun. Missing the caramelized onions. What I would expect from a dollar menu burger. Bummer.
