For the price that I paid which was almost a $14 dynamite roll that was very tiny. I have gone to other places and they’re dynamite roll was twice the size as their one roll and to top it all off the roll was not that good. I will not come here again. I love trying new places and I will pay good money for a food that is worth the price.

The very first time I came to Sushi Village was in November of 2013. I was working on a movie in New Orleans. Several of the crew members took me to all you can eat sushi dinner.
The restaurant is located in a strip mall in Metairie, Louisiana. Upon entering we were greeted with a friendly gesture from the sushi chef. Being from Japan I appreciated that.
I’ve had amazing sushi all over the world. I was expecting decent but rather pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The fish tasted fresh and the rice was perfectly done.
I instantly became a huge fan. I’m not that far away in Florida. It’s worth the few hours of driving to savor the delicacies. I’m spreading the word to all my friends here. See you soon.

This place is really underrated. Best sushi deals hands down and my food is always fresh and tasty! They have a happy hour 3p-7p almost all rolls are BOGO Free. And the hibachi is good as well!

Will NOT be coming back anytime soon. We come here at least once a month but this is the last time. We waited over 15 minutes for the waitress to bring us menus and ask for our drinks. Once she finally came back to get our order it took them over an hour to bring us half of our food. Meanwhile they made about 7 to-go orders before the ONE chef even paid any mind to our order. If to-go orders are so much more important than your in restaurant customers then maybe y’all need to close the sit down portion of y’all’s restaurant and only do to-go orders.

Super busy day at work so I couldn’t leave to get lunch but felt like hibachi. Ordered Uber eats and this place had 4.6 stars so I gave it a try. It is delicious!!!! Batter on the chicken tempura is light and so good,dressing for the salad is delicious. I ordered the chicken hibachi dinner and it is really good and still hot. Every sauce that came with it is really good as well. I will definitely order again!

We stopped in for the all you can eat sushi lunch. All I can say is that it was good sushi for the price of AYCE. Also ordered some appetizers and soup. Overall it was good, only issue was that the server wasn’t very attentive to us, but that could’ve just been the fact that she was the only one for the whole restaurant.

My boyfriend and I are visiting New Orleans and we ordered delivery from this restaurant and overall food was good. I’ll give the sushi a 7/10, my boyfriend order an hibachi plate but chicken and veggies were kinda dry so we will give it a 4/10. I ordered the chicken Udon soup and let me tell you is the BEST soup I’ve ever had in this kind of restaurant, make sure to order it! You will not regret it, at least I hope not was the best thing I ordered!
