Another beautiful, new Chick-fil-A. HUGE parking lot and nice, long drive-thru to accompany the traffic this location will indefinitely see. Restaurants have been sparse in this area for years, so seeing this breathes new life to this stretch of Hwy 75. Major growth is happening, both business and residential-wise, and this CFA location definitely helps! Friendly staff that you’ve come to know and tasty chicken. It’s a win-win!

This place is genuinely so slow compared to others but that’s not my concern, my concern is that they get the order wrong every time, ever since they opened i ate out around 10 times out of those 10 times I got my food wrong, missing, or just another order. There’s need to be some better training or improvements in this location.

Service is so SLOW compared to opposite location across town ! Food doesn’t even come out hot…Today was our third time coming here since they opened. Nobody was cleaning dining area, garbage was full, food quality is not the same. The staff here is not properly managed at all ! This one is so much more convenient location wise but I’m not impressed.

they always have one drive through lane closed when there’s a ton of people, it’s crazy. not only that, but in perfect weather they’re all inside, not actually taking orders. slowest chick fil a i’ve ever been to.

Simply put…incompetent. I walked in and politely asked for a 20 count tray of Chicken-Mini. Cashier said “we don’t do that!” I said the Town Center location does and it’s on the website. The response “that only comes in nuggets.” Well, I called the Town Center store, and I’m on my way to pick up a 20ct mini tray. This isn’t my first issue here. Stay away from this store as they don’t even know their own menu.

The food was really enjoyable, but the service that I received from the person taking my order was horrendous. I wasn’t greeted in a friendly way, I didn’t once hear “my pleasure” or anything in return, and I wasn’t even told to have a good day once the order was complete. I have been to a few chick fil a establishments and I know that chick fil a is known for it’s friendly and speedy service, but the girl who’s badge said Lilly , definitely made a negative impact on my first time visiting the new chick fil a.
