I really enjoyed my turkey and Swiss sandwich! This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The bread was super soft, and the turkey was flavorful and thinly sliced. The meat was so tender and juicy! I was craving a sandwich and this place didn’t disappoint!

I came here for their opening day and the pictures shown in this post reflect those hours. Gracious host passed out paper menus to everyone and there was a long line the entire time we were at the Walmart. Definitely recommend checking them out as the Italian sub was great and I have had their food at the Milton location as well. We will be back!

I ordered from here for the first time today and the sandwiches were DRENCHED in oil/vinegar to the point where the paper it was wrapped in was broken/disintegrating and the bread was the consistency of mashed potatoes and almost sounded like a wet sponge when touched – because it was just soaked in O&V. We had to throw them out.

We went on a weekend and the atmosphere was laid back and the staff were friendly. This seemed like a place where locals frequented. We would love to see them include more plant protein options in the menu. As a first-timer, I liked that I could just name the item off the menu and have it ready without too many instructions. Next time, I might switch things up a bit and customize my condiments.

I rated this review in this manner, because for the record they have great sandwiches. The thing is it depends on which staff makes the sandwich. Since the Alpharetta location opened. I enjoyed my first 3 visits. But, there was 2 other staff members that I never noticed on my prior visits (not truly sure..) they prepped my sandwich last night and the taste experience was horrible this time around. I think the owner should make sure ALL staff have the same Standard Op Procedures (SOP) when prepping consumers sandwiches…we hope to have the same enjoyable experience EVERY time we visit the shop. Consumers should not have to dread visiting the shop because they do not see familiar staff, that is confident enough to make a descent sandwich..#IJS- I’m just saying…

Located inside of Walmart, convenient for lunch or dinner, easy to park and run in to go, or eat there. We get sandwiches before or after I shop and it’s really easy.
Their sandwiches are amazingly delicious! LOVE the freshness of their ingredients, their customer service is great, they’re clean, and quick. Highly recommend them – we go there regularly and every experience is great and their food is very consistent and delicious – and always get a side of the cherry pepper relish – so delicious, packs a spicy punch! Also try the edible cookie dough – OMG it is out of this world and addictive. Can’t say enough good things about this Knuckies!!! Plus the manager, Fatima, and all the staff are great.

The front cashier was not knowledgeable about any of the products that they are serving. She didn’t even know what a panini was. Unforgivable for a sub shop, LOL. The customer service was mediocre at best and the sandwiches were not great, just average. I will not eat here again.
