Local! Local! Local! This place offers fresh caught fish and shrimp that they will cook on site for you. They also offer multiple different dips and salads. We really enjoyed our shrimp and Conecha sausage from here today. Enjoyed chatting with the cashier while we waited. Hopefully we can come back tomorrow before they sell out for the season!

This place is awesome!!! We ordered the largest family platter and fried snapper and it was delicious!! 6 pounds of boiled cajun shrimp with potatoes and corn was on point. Plus the sweet hot sauce and tartar sauce was so good too! First time trying snapper and it was so good and big filet! Not only the food was delicious but the employees were very friendly and welcoming. This will be our go to spot whenever we’re in town.

Every time I visit Gulf shores I always come here for food! When I say fresh, delicious and seasoned just right! We had the fried trigger fish, peel and eat shrimp, corn and hush puppies! This is a must go to place, carry out only.

Went to S&S because it was approaching 7pm and they were open til 8pm. My wife and I picked up a pound of large shrimp and they let us do 1/2 fried and 1/2 steamed. Simple and fantastic. We saved a lot of money and time ordering from here rather than going out to eat. The front person recommended getting fried trigger fish and ask them to cut it into strips.

(2023). Still one of my favorite places for Seafood! This Spring, on 3 separate occasions, I’ve had the Royal Reds,Trigger Fish, and Fried Shrimp and Onion Rings. I’ve also had their wonderful Cucumber and Corn Salad, and Roasted Red Potatoes. I think that I’ll try the Grouper today with some more of their salad!
This year (2018) I ate seafood from S & S several times and it was excellent! If you like fresh seafood and tasty sides, this is a great takeout place!

The shop is quite busy and good. The fish are fresh and the kitchen is also fast and good. The only downside is the spices they used, needs to be more or different as sometimes they just go with the fishes. The amount is more or less good and their homemade sauces are good. They don’t have dine in options.

Ordered Large Shrimp. 1 pound of steamed and 1 pound of grilled. The steamed were nice large shrimp, but the grilled were tiny. I don’t think we received large on the grilled. There was a noticeable difference. I won’t order grilled again. I wish I had checked before we got home. The tuna dip is wonderful, the shrimp flavor is good, just very disappointed in the difference in sizes.
Edit: We will return for steamed shrimp and tuna dip! Still even if they did shrink, I don’t see how 24 grilled shrimp of that size are equal to a pound if 30 of the steamed were a pound. Lesson learned not to buy the grilled.

OMG best fresh seafood ever. Pick up only, but a must try, if in Gulf Shores. You’ll never want to go anywhere else. Everything else will just be a disappointment.
A local gentleman told us about the place, we’ve got food from there last two nights. Can’t say enough good things about S&S.
Back again 2022, still the best seafood ever. Kim is awesome, her and the rest of the staff will take great care of you. They answer all your questions and help explain things you may not know.
You’re missing out if you do not give S&S a try.

Great location with fast, friendly service. We grabbed some ruby reds here pre-cooked seasoned mild, and they were very good. We got potatoes and corn to go with it as well.

WOW!! Some of the best seafood we’ve ever had. We got 1/2 LB grilled creole shrimp, 1/2 LB broiled creole shrimp, and creole potatoes. So so yummy!! The pic of potatoes is after we ate. I will say watch your ticket because we did get over charged but overall it is well worth the money.
