Scallop & shrimp hibachi is awesome (large scallops, seared to perfection, very flavorful). Some of the best sushi in town. The older reviews on Google (before June 2016) are for the previous restaurant (How you roll) that was at this location (which failed). This is a completely different restaurant with different owners. Sashimi’s hibachi and the sushi rolls we have had have been better than Umami and Fuji. I recommend the Hamachi roll and Samurai roll … both are very good. The Dragon roll was also good. We will be going back.

The pho is a must! It’s delicious and they serve it with bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, lime and some sauces. The sushi is the best in town! Fresh and good prices. The lunch specials start at $8.50 for the chicken hibachi which comes with a salad or soup, fried or steamed rice and vegetables. Great service as well!!!!!!!

Every experience we’ve had here so far has been excellent. Even the food we’ve tried that we didn’t care for was still prepared well and tasty — sometimes when you try new things, you strike out. The house drinks are also pretty great. We make it a point to eat here at least once a month. I also take advantage of the Chef Shuttle service while I’m at work to have HDYR? delivered from time to time. The only improvement (for me) would be being able to order delivery straight from the restaurant when I’m at work.

Great place to hang out with a friend or a date. They have good sushi, I just wish their poke was not crazy, keep it simple guys… Please? They also have a wide selection of drinks, but their house sake is amazing.

Best Japanese food and Sushi in Conway by far. Fresh homemade dressing, soup, and rolls. Nigiri and Sushi are my favorites. Steak, Chicken, and Scallops have all been excellent as well. Try it before going back to the usual Conway Japanese Steakhouses. You will most likely find it to be your new favorite.

Great sushi! Not many options for gluten-free allergies (most of their sauces contain a wheat soy sauce), but the staff was VERY knowledgable about ingredients and double checked possible allergens with me multiple times. Very impressed by this.

Good atmosphere…good sushi. I think the girl waiting on me during my visit was new because she never brought me a drink and spoke to softly to hear, but she was trying and the management was active in helping her with discounted coupon codes. Give this place a try and decide for yourself!

Great place to eat, especially being close to UCA! I go there at least once a month and I’m never dissapointed! My two cents is it all tastes great, but I think the rice bowls are just a tad too expensive. Other than that- I would recommend this to anyone who likes Japanese food!
