⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Stars For Wings Etc.!
I couldn’t have had a better experience as a first-time customer at the Vienna, WV location. Our server, DEB, was hands-down the best—so attentive and incredibly accommodating from start to finish.
We used a coupon for free pretzel bites and added the beer cheese, which was absolutely amazing! I’ve been craving wings for days, and they did not disappoint. I went with the Mild, and Jacqui braved the TNT.
When the manager, MIKE ICE, was making his rounds. He noticed Jacqui was having a hard time with the heat of the TNT sauce and kindly offered to bring her a different set of wings. That level of service is rare and so appreciated! We will definitely be back!!
The atmosphere is the perfect sports bar vibe—vibrant, high-energy, and exactly where you want to be to catch a game. I was also really impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment was, from the dining area to the bar.
Shout out to WINGS ETC. IN VIENNA for a spectacular experience today! ✨

1 star is being GENEROUS. my boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, we decided to eat here because we hadn’t in a while. we sat close to bar because the better TVs- it was game night. Our server, I think her name was Kendall, she had purpleish hair, started us off with some drinks. A friend of mine was bartending so I politely said hello. Clearly she did not like that. She comes back maybe 30 minutes after getting our drinks and stated “oh I thought she already got your food since you know her.” So she assumed that her responsibility was passed on to someone else, all because we said hello. (First red flag) We tell her that we hadn’t ordered and she rudely says “of course, go ahead.” I bite my tongue and continue ordering. I ALWAYS ask for extra ranch no matter what restaurant I’m at, I love my ranch and pay extra for it. Food comes out, I had one ranch with 15 boneless wings and my bf had none with 15 traditional wings. Time passes and she checks in about 25 minutes after we’re eating (I would’ve grabbed her attention but she was MIA after our food was brought out). I then asked for the extra ranch I had ordered- she looks at my bf (he didn’t say a word) says “did you find yours yet?” proceeds to GRAB his tray and pull it over to her and pick through the parchment paper and throw the ranch cups that were under the parchment paper and say “boom, it’s like magic.” I was stunned and in shock at this point and fuming. Never came back to give us refills, we had to ask a different worker for boxes. Needless to say, I haven’t had a bad experience at this wings etc ever, until that day. I think the staff is very friendly and management is so accommodating. Spreading awareness and I hope nobody else goes through this and if you took the time to read this I appreciate it.

I will preface this by saying that the food is always really good. My complaint comes because I placed to-go orders, two in the past few weeks, and they were both incorrect in someway. The first time I didn’t get any of my sauces and this time I ordered all flats and barely got any flats, which cost extra. So this is just my forewarning to people to make sure that you check your orders either at the counter when you pick it up or when you get in your car. Again, it’s more of a warning and not a complaint because the food is really good and I like Wings Etc. This also has nothing to do with the bartender. She was amazing both times in helping me figure out what was going on with my order.

I had the best experience with Tkeimerja at The Wings. She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Her smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. Everything she did showed how much she cares about her guests and wants them to have a wonderful time. I left feeling happy and appreciated. Thank you, Tkeimerja, for making my visit so special.

Food was really good. Plenty of sauce on the wings. Big pieces of carrots. Fries where delicious. Loaded nachos could of had more flavor. Place is clean, staff is very nice, and service is fast. Environment is fun and friendly. Will definitely be back to try new things.

The service was good. Very friendly wait staff. Food came pretty quickly. Was kinda surprised how quick. My kids liked the Mac n cheese but the fries were heavily seasoned and were not well received. They are picky but both liked the Mac. It’s kind of like a kfc style but white. The pretzel bites were good. They were kinda dark so I though they would be over cooked but were perfect. You have to get the beer cheese with these. My kids even loved it. It was the main reason we even went. The wing sauces are good but are not as Spicy as other places. Medium is more like mild. Mild is like butter. I don’t usually do boneless but I had a long day and they were on sale. They were ok at best. They were very small. Like smaller then Mc Donald’s. Two of my nuggets had no meat. Was not thrilled with that. Overall not impressed with the boneless wings. I had the bone in at Marietta location and I remember them being ok. The mens room does have a baby station which is not very common and cool. The bathroom was not dirty but not clean either. They were kinda busy so I guess it that’s to be expected.
I went again yesterday (June) and went with my go to of bone in wings. Much better experience. My wife got a grilled chicken sandwich and my kids had Mac and fries. We got the beer cheese pretzel bites again. Everything was good. Prices are crazy but that’s not really the fault of the business. We had the food , appetizer and drinks and with a respectful tip was over $80. Don’t know if I will be back any time soon just due to prices. Again… this is everywhere
