Had a wonderful experience today at lunch. I work nearby but haven’t attempted to go prior because the parking lot is usually full. Always a great sign!

What makes this place special is their Customer Service.
The greeter at Check in was very friendly. My Waitstaff, Kate-exceptionally warm & excellent at Customer Service! Can’t say enough good things about her.
Those delivering the food, another getting a condiment- were all really nice too.
Even though my Burger had a little hiccup-med well instead of med-rare, it came right out cooked perfectly & was flavorful.
Bottom line, It was so nice to feel welcomed by what clearly is a very hard working Staff.
Recommend stopping in to anyone for a great experience.

Waitress did a great job. The only negative experience we had was my cheese fries. The easiest thing to make. They were over cooked so bad . The cheese was crisp and not gooey. Nothing can beat a gooey cheese fry that the cheese just stretches as you try to serve it . My cheese fought back , gave no resilience, had to leave half my order on the table because of how crisp it was. Had to dig under the pile just to find fries good enough to dip in the ranch.
Everybody else’s order came out looking and tasting good.

This was one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have had at Chili’s. We waited 20 minutes just to be seated, then even longer for a waiter to even acknowledge us. After all that waiting, we chose to get our food to go, and it was thrown in the box with no care at all. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We will not be coming back.

Today I took two visiting interns from work into the restaurant for lunch. One was from Canada and she was absolutely thrilled to try the viral triple dipper for herself! The other had food allergies and they made sure to keep a special eye on her food to ensure her safety, it was majorly appreciated.
Our server was Cary Ann and she was nothing short of amazing. She was personable, funny, and attentive. It made for an extremely special experience for my guests before they went home. A big thank you to the general manager for coming by to talk to us and share her cool Canadian Chili’s experience.
The restaurant was clean, our food was cooked perfectly and served promptly. I look forward to bringing others in the future.

In all honesty, it’s a Chili’s! You kind of know what to expect in terms of food, but I always appreciate their service. Friendly server when we visited, frequently checking on our table to make sure we were taken care of. Their chips and salsa are always good. My wife got her usual Cajun Chicken Pasta. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. For the boys, we got them a kid’s pepperoni pizza with fries to share.
Overall, great experience and no complaints!

My husband and I did date night here tonight and Caden our server was absolutely fantastic! His service was great, I really appreciated his attentiveness and kindness. My hubby and I eat here and even my parents meet us at this location every other month or so and haven’t had any issues here, usually on a weekend and never have had issues getting seated within 10 minutes even when they are packed.

This was my first time visiting this Chili’s location, and I have to say it was a pretty chill experience. We don’t go out to eat very often, and honestly, we weren’t expecting much, but I was really craving a burger. It was getting late, and I didn’t want my girlfriend to have to cook, so we decided to try the Chili’s in our new neighborhood.
Our waitress, Katelynn, was great she recommended the Rancher Burger, and it was actually really good. I was surprised by how flavorful it was, and the fries came out fresh, hot, and crispy. My girlfriend ordered the Crispy Quesadilla Salad, which she really enjoyed as well.
Normally, I’m not the type to tip not because I’m rude or ungrateful, I just personally believe tipping should be optional. But Katelynn did such a great job that I decided to leave her a $10 tip, which is something I rarely do. She checked on us frequently and made sure everything was good throughout the meal.
Overall, it was a solid experience, and we definitely see ourselves coming back to this location again.

Isabel was super attentive and made sure our drinks were always full. She had great recommendations from the menu, and everything tasted amazing. Her attitude def made our dinner even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope Isabel is our server again!

New menu changes are disappointing. Prices up and quality down. Apparently lettuce and tomatoes on burgers was killing them. Burgers taste different. New queso is good. Side salad is more pitiful every time they update the menu, used to be a beautiful salad with cherry tomatoes and actually resembled a salad instead of greens with cheese and croutons. The kids menu lost all kinds of options for sides, and the mashed potatoes were disgusting. The servers are attentive and helpful. Won’t be back anytime soon. Sad, was our go to when we didn’t have a dinner plan.

Me, my husband, and my daughter came in today, and we walked out absolutely furious. Our server was Kenzey, and what we witnessed was beyond unacceptable. She was literally vaping in the bathroom right in front of my five-year-old. Instead of bringing the refill we asked for, she decided it was more important to sneak off to vape in the restroom.
And to make matters worse, there was a roach on the floor right next to my booth. I watched her come out of the restroom without washing her hands, and right after that, she brought us our food. So I know for a fact she touched our food after leaving the restroom and vaping. She kept touching her hair like she thought no one saw her. The level of filth and unprofessionalism is something the health department would absolutely have a problem with.
Our food came out overcooked, and she made no effort to fix it or even acknowledge the issue. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand how she is still employed here. If management really allows their employees to act like this in front of guests, I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors.
To Kenzey, I don’t know how old you are, but you are beyond immature and unprofessional. Vaping in front of a five-year-old child is disgusting, gross, and frankly just stupid.
Due to Kenzey, I will never be back. And to the management team, I truly hope you address this, because you just lost a longtime guest. This experience was unacceptable, disappointing, and honestly disgusting.
