This is one of our favorite restaurants. We order take out from here weekly, it is always delicious. I’ve done catering from here a few times and it’s been perfect! Today, we dined in for a birthday luncheon. They have a new lunch menu item- Bowls- and they are perfection. It is all the delicious food of this restaurant in one dish. We had a bowl with a base of rice, chicken chunks, and the Tirokafteri. It was fabulous! I cannot wait to have it again for lunch.
The staff is friendly. The wine is crisp and delightful. The feta is out of this world (it is imported I am told)!

11/10. Competes with the big name Greek spots in Astoria & Manhattan. The service is incredible. We cannot recommend enough for both eat in & take away.

I had heard about this restaurant from a friend and heard only great things. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a few years. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and that’s not even to mention the food. Everything was prepared perfectly and packed with flavor. As someone who does not have any experience with Greek food I can confidently say Plato’s has made me a fan. I can not recommend this place enough and am so excited to come back with friends!

Wow! What a lovely experience, the food was perfect, and the atmosphere and service was incredibly warm and welcoming, it made for one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re seeking an authentic Greek restaurant, this is the place to go. This place is a true gem, I would travel well to dine here. I don’t hesitate when I say this is the best in the Hudson valley and the greater nyc metro.

the pork chops. With the delicious lemon potatoes. They were both the best we’ve had!
For dessert we shared the strawberry yogurt. It was topped with great strawberries and honey straight from Greece!

This was our 2nd time dining here The first time, we were visiting relatives in the area and we stumbled upon Piato when looking for a dinner spot We loved it so much that we recently drove there specifically to eat dinner there, and we live in Orange county NY. It is well worth the drive. Everyone there is friendly, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. Everything we have had has been delicious.
