Order the Brave, a steamed half and half and espresso concoction that is one of the smoothest coffees I’ve ever had. Serve it in a big old cup and it went beautifully with the Bavarian cream crepe. Tea drinkers will appreciate the cool dispensers they use and if you’re decorating they’ve got a lot of reasonably priced art on the walls.
Arrived around 10 a.m. on a Saturday and were second in line but line got 10-deep soon thereafter and stayed that way until we left about an hour later. Looks like they get a lot of business from teams competing at the nearby Sportsplex. So olan to get there on the early side on weekends or park behind the library.

Charming family run business. We had the pleasure of discovering the Royal Creperie when we first moved to the area. The family is very welcoming and attentive to customers. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Tara the Sister in Law of the owner Alexis. Tara gave excellent service. We came in near closing time, but she still served us which I really appreciated. The Florentine crepes we ordered were delicious. They also have a vast variety of hot sauces to choose from which was nice. They have an extensive selection of crepes and coffees that really hit the spot. Their location has easy parking and is nearby many attractions in the Matthew’s area. We happened to go to the library for early voting and decided to treat ourselves to crepes It was well worth it.

My third time visiting this location and DELICIOUS every single time! This time came on a Sunday around 12pm and was surpringly not full. No line to order and plenty of table options to choose from. This place is a bit small on the inside. Does have a few tables to choose from but all super close to one another but it’s no biggie. They do have a few outside tables on their patio. The owner is always super friendly, pleasant and appreciative that you have decided to dine into her restaurant. I ordered the Chipotle chicken crepe with a Cortado and OMG *Chefs Kiss” it was definitely the right brunch option for me and very flavorful. Im definitely ordering this again whenever I decide to go back there and eat. The cortado is strong just how I like it. I added some vanilla to it and it was not overly sweet at all. They have a variety of sweet crepes , lunch and brunch crepes to choose from. The crepes are huge and will definitely fill you up. Definitely recommend you trying this spot out if you’re ever in the area.

Such a lovely spot! The crepes are so good especially my fav is Smokey Chipotle Chicken crepe perfectly made and full of flavor. The service is warm and welcoming,owner Elena so sweet . It’s one of those places you instantly want to come back to.

Elena and her staff are always wonderful. She remembers her customers by name, and she maintains a welcoming and personable atmosphere. The food is always great, and she serves some of the best coffee in town. Try her Brave with caramel, and you’ll never go back.

Stopped in at Royal Cafe and Creperie for breakfast on a weekday morning over the holidays. It was busy so we had to wait a bit to place our order but it was worth it. We ordered the Royal Trinity and the 8am crepes. Both were fresh and tasted great. Both were also very light which was nice to start our day with!

OUTSTANDING customer service! It truly stood out! Can’t say that enough! It takes something extraordinary for me to make a point to write a review, and this is one of those cases. It was such a pleasant experience! The crepes and coffee were tasty and delicious, of course, but then you add this wonderful customer service which, by itself, makes it worth to come back over and over again! My only regret is that it took me so many years to finally come and check the place out even though I have heard of it since they were first open over a decade ago! One of the best dining experiences ever! On a busy Saturday morning no less! Thank you for being a prime example of what dining experience should be and holding up high standards!

Always love visiting Royal Cafe & Creperie! The staff is so friendly and the owner always greets her customers with a smile and so appreciative for dining here. Crepes are always delicious and there are a variety of coffee expresses and can even get Cubano! We got the Greek Isles breakfast crepe with gyro and the pumpkin spice desert crepe and they will split it on two plates which is plenty for a meal.

We ordered two lattes, savory crêpe, followed by a dessert crêpe. 10 out of 10. What was probably we loved greatly as well was the service of the hostess. Very personable, genuine, and helped us with any questions. We will definitely be back.
