I ordered a breakfast bowl from this place. Their bowl is a cup with a 2 spoonful of something. And it took them 30 minutes to make it.

This place is just gross. Don’t waste your time or money.
My office ordered sandwiches from here one day. I don’t remember what I got, but I remember thinking it was gross and not worth it. I didn’t finish the sandwich.
Then today my coworker asked if I wanted to order from Arizona Sandwich Company, and I decided to give them a second chance. Oh boy! I was thoroughly disappointed!
I got a salad this time. The Cobb. Kinda hard to mess up. Well, the did it. The menu called out freshly grilled chicken breast. Idk what this was, but it was not grilled and not fresh. It was canned or something. Chewy, pink and gross. The bacon was also chewy. They forgot the blue cheese. Their salad dressing was congealed and nasty. And to top it off, half of the lettuce in this salad was brown and or slimly. See pic. I couldn’t eat almost any of the salad. The croutons (which were an up charge) were the best thing on this disgusting salad. I’m sure my garbage can enjoyed it more than I did.
I gave this place a 2nd chance and they will not get a 3rd. Stay away!

6/10/2025 Drove 30 minutes to this location. When we arrived home our order was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to an individual who said the manager was not there when I asked for the managers name the individual hung up on me. I called back and asked if we got disconnected on accident he said “no I hung up on you” I asked again what the store managers name was and he said I’m not going to disclose that to you. I asked for his name and he hesitated to tell me, i believe he just made up a name “Matthew”

I ordered the ATC and the fillings were plentiful and perfect. I felt full all day. The bread is soft and fluffy, so if you like ‘em toasted and crispy, this isn’t the place. But the ingredients were high quality, well balanced, and I’ll definitely return to try something else. They have a $9.99 lunch deal that includes the sandwich, chips and a drink. I notice a lot of folks went with the deal, which is pretty fantastic. They have beautiful pictures of catering platters on the wall. I’d like to try those one day for an event.

Placed an order over the phone on my lunch break. Assuming the order would be correct when I picked it up. I had to repeat the order six times when I went back they repeated it back to me incorrectly again. There was a man there with hair longer than myself making the sandwiches without a hair net on. His hair was ALL OVER THE PLACE. I cannot imagine the amount of hair that he got into other people’s food that day. Absolutely disgusting. I would never go here again

Ordered a breakfast burrito and everything was microwaved nothing was actually cooked fresh in the kitchen. Only reason I know is because the lady who rang me up said that they don’t grill or cook in the back and that they microwave their “hot” food. Please stop serving the breakfast menu!

This sandwich shop rocks! Think Jersey Mike’s, but local. They use great quality ingredients and are quick about it, really everything you want in a sandwich shop, which is clearly a favorite amongst locals. My favorite sandwich is hands down the Sparky, it’s a supremely satisfying sandwich!

This review is to personally thank Alexandra! When I went in store to pick up my lunch, it appears that there were 2 Taylor’s who ordered maybe? I realized this when I got back to work, and my sandwich was wrong. I called the store immediately and we worked together to come to a resolve. Alexandra refunded my money and I made an order thru GrubHub to get more food. They gave me a GIGANTIC serving of their delicious potato salad and the order was perfect!

I actually really like their sandwiches. But am I crazy or does $17.50 for a tuna sandwich on white bread seem a little steep? I loved going into the university shop and talking to the owner. She was always present and happy to help everyone but this one is quite the opposite. I’m not sure I will be back to my favorite sandwich shop and that makes me kind of sad.
