I ordered a large diet coke, there were two cars ahead of me. All of the sudden this lovely employee comes walking to my car while I’m in line. She begins to tell me Nate the manager sent her out with my drink, no charge. I think my jaw dropped, I tried to give her money lol. She says, “No, don’t worry about it”. Nate didn’t want me to wait in line just for my drink. UNHEARD OF!!! How cool is that? ♀️ She says that’s “just the way he is”, I think everyone would ❤ to have a boss like that!! I will absolutely be back!!

I’ve been here a few times now and they’re consistently good. The quality of the food is just like any other Hardee’s but better than some I’ve been to by far. They’re quick and everything is always right and the staff are nice. They’ve given our pup a piece of bacon a couple times now and I thought that was sweet. Overall I like this place.

The lady was very nice. Ya know what? When I first arrived I was going to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I like to put gravy on my biscuit. Kind of like biscuits and gravy ya know, but sometimes I like to put a whole sausage egg and cheese biscuit on the biscuits and gravy styrofoam platter and then put the gravy on top of it. But today my girlfriend saw the breakfast burrito, and I thought I will give it a shot. It wasn’t too bad.
Again the lady was nice, she took her order and we told her about the hot sauces that we wanted. She forgot, but all I had to do was remind her again at the window and she gave us a few. Like six of them. Which is fine because some people are really stingy with their sauces right now.
I think next time I am going to go for my gravy platter.
Anyway good work everybody you weren’t that fast but you definitely weren’t bad.

Staff seemed overwhelmed mid-afternoon with few guests – neitherwere they quick. Moved at half speed. Hub’s beef sandwich was pretty good but the appearance of my hamburger.. couldn’t eat it. Drink & condiment station needed a good cleaning. Hope this review helps them get their act together.

Apparently they don’t like business. Drive by cause my son wanted McDonald’s and could barely tell if they were open cause there were no cars. Went to McDonald’s and waited in a line of about 11 cars for my son. Then went back to Hardee’s at 10:56 and they wouldn’t attempt to make a burger even though it was 4 min. 3 min by the time I pulled out. Went to Taco John’s. They still had no business by the time I pulled out. Customer service people! A sale is better than no sale…

Last time I had a Frisco Burger the bread was toasted but there was nothing toasted about the Frisco Burger that I received. The curly fries were cold. I may review this Hardee’s again in the future when people actually want to work in the fast food industry again.

If I could give this a lower star I would. First of all we waited for 20 minutes just to get cold food, and the wrong order. So we said we waited long enough and left. Just to realize that they didn’t give us our drinks, had to turn around and go in. once we got our drinks and fixed our order, we went to eat it.. and food was cold, onion rings were as hard as a rock, the bun was hard and crunchy, and the fries were half filled. Just to sum up my experience, I’m never going back!

I love hardee’s here in town they are very polite to me for the most part 90% of the employees are very nice and helpful. They are starting to remember me as I am coming in more frequently because the double cheeseburger is the best fast food burger I’ve ever had but the prices are a little up there so I may only go once every week or two. I cannot drive and it’s one of the places in walking distance so itd be nice to be a little more affordable for my bacon double cheeseburger but overall great experience, great manager, and one thing they could do to improve is find a way to get rid of the many flys because when I eat in they are flies all over the place. Wonderful place and recommend but due to fly issue I would say take out is better 🙂

Wow! Unfriendly cashier at the drive-thru. No one in line ahead of me and it still took 20 minutes to get my simple meal. Despite being told my sandwich was in process of being fried, it was cold and soggy. There was nothing crispy in that crispy chicken sandwich. Would it be too much to include at least ONE napkin in the bag???

Terrible customer service, lady taking our order had a very rude tone and raised her voice at us when we simply were just ordering. When we got our food and drinks they forgot our straws and we were missing a burger. Food was good though.
