Staff is friendly but the person who makes the food needs to do a better job … just went and grabbed coffee and a bagel and the bagel was destroyed, get a new bagel slicer so you’re not smashing the bagel up into a triangle shape,the staff is great but this experience I just had I put on the ownership… give your business the proper equipment to serve your customers quality food . Went to the new dunkin at the new shell station on the state line last weekend and had zero issues and everything was good … I guess I’ll be driving the extra 5 min from now on

I got a Medium Matcha im sorry but how is it possible that I get more Ice than the drink itself this is crazy I always ask for light ice wont be coming again so greedy with customers this drink was 9 dollars ! For it just to have this much ice is crazy! When I asked for light Ice its why im paying extra !

I stopped at this Dunkin hoping for a quick and friendly experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. When I walked in, the two employees were busy joking with each other and didn’t acknowledge me even when I tried to greet them and engage politely.
I eventually just asked for a gift certificate and left after saying goodbye, but no one responded. It didn’t feel very welcoming or customer focused. The only reason I’d return is to pick up gift certificates for others; otherwise I’d choose a different location if one were closer. I usually stop by this Dunkin’ on Sheridan Road in Zion, mainly to pick up gift cards.
However, I do feel the overall atmosphere could be improved. When I walk in and make eye contact with other staff, I would expect a warm greeting from everyone.
I hope to see the atmosphere become more consistently friendly in the future, because that would make the customer experience even better.

Every time I come here, there’s an issue. They never seem to get my order right. I’m never greeted & I always say hello, how are you? It’s like everyone is miserable there. And with an attitude. I understand this time in this Country is hard, but dang this is the job you chose. Customer service. And did I mention, there’s never any napkins available? And no alternatives. Is this a management issue?

Order early.The good stuff sells fast.They will send another kind of donut,muffins,etc…Everything is good but not getting apple fritters or Boston creams when you’re craving them….yikes..lol I’ve ordered at 9:30 am.We got old fashioneds and cake kind of donuts,fantastic muffins… As replacements for jelly,Boston creams,glazed…No magical thinking that the goodies will be made throughout the day.Im not sure if they even make them on the site.Remember,They want to be known more for their great coffee.Hmmm maybe they’ll go back to having the best donuts and bake the favorites throughout the day,Then delivered to the site.To go with the best coffee.

They’re polite with saying good morning and apologizing if a wait is longer than should be. But they dont let you know itll be a wait, dont park a vehicle if its taking longer, dont give napkins or ketchup.. stopping here usually makes my mornings take way longer, like idk they just aren’t that fast, even when not super busy I waited about 10 mins for my app Order /:

Was about to order half a dozen donuts, but I noticed ants and flies crawling around the donut trays. The staff was about to pick one up when I saw them, had to cancel my order and walk away. Ew. Not sorry. Really gross and unsanitary.

This restaurant is better than some of the other Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They still have the smoothies and the sandwiches are actually better here. The coffee also has a better taste, they make it a bit stronger and it’s much more flavorful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Drive through was busy when I got here and front counter was unmanned. After the window slowed down it still took them a good 10 min before I was acknowledged. There were 5 employees in the store when I was there.

3/9 @10:32. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam less ice, toasted Avocado. But I didn’t get what I paid for. The lady was combative and no customer service experience. I was waiting for my drink, and she was like anything else. I showed her my receipt and asked nicely. I ordered a cold foam, and she put whipped cream not much of what was left of the can. She explains, “the only difference is the cold foam” from what she initially gave me. I kindly said. “Usually, the drinks at the other Dunkin donuts don’t look like this.” The “toasted avocado” wasn’t toasted. I get it, I work in high-end restaurants, and it’s busy, but you have to give the customer what they paid for. Never coming back again, and they don’t even deserve a star. The cold brew tasted like burnt coffee and little to no foam. See picture.
