Food use to be decent, but started using cheaper ingredients, i.e. meatballs. Very small portion sizes that still leaves me hungry, very long until food comes out, and very high price. Sat down for 15 minutes and no one ever came up to me, took it as a sign to never come back. Very disappointed on how it is being ran.

Excellent food. The taste of the dishes were great. Unlike what the name suggests, the decoration was more based on Thailand and the Thai dishes were great. The Thai Iced tea and the fried rice dishes were especially good.

I came in to order a fairly large order for myself. There was one couple in the restaurant at the time. I asked for alterations to my order which where accepted and I paid. I was told 20 mins. I waited 50 mins while being told ever 5 mins that my order would be out in 1 min. All the while watching food come out of the kitchen for guests that came in after me. When I finally got my food I received some half ass excuse. When I got to my hotel I saw that the alterations I asked for were ignored. The spicy rice was not made spicy, even though I asked and begged to make it spicy. the platter items where incorrect. The pho was tasteless and missing meat that I paid extra for. There where no condiments or utensils. I called and the only thing they offered was for me to come back and wait again. No thanks. Very bad first experience.

The food is low quality, large portions.
The broth used in the pho was dull and seemed to be low quality out of the box product. The produce was old. beans sprouts were soggy , the basil should have been thrown away a day earlier.
The pad thai I was served had the same soggy beans sprouts and a small amount. No garlic chives. It seemed to be made up of a low quality bottled sauce and noodles and they mixed the red pepper flakes into the noodles instead of of presenting them as a garnish on the side. ( making it impossible to eat) Also one very small wedge of lime again not fresh.
I think there main problem is poor quality produce and ingredients.

This place was a ton of fun. It’s pretty small, and it was crowded which is a good sign. I was a little bit surprised because the name suggests it’s vietnamese, but it seemed like 50% if not more of the menu was Thai. I got the drunken noodles lunch combo, and asked for it to be Thai spicy. The spice level was perfect, not unbearable but definitely up there. I could still feel it in my ears 20 minutes after finishing the food.
I enjoyed the salad, but I thought the egg roll was a little disappointing. The flavor of the roll was delicious, but the filling was dry and the chicken was overcooked. I also got the Thai tea which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately I dined in with 5 others and we all got our food at different times. Which ranged the waiting time from 20 to 50 minutes by the time each person had food.
They served others before us and forgot an order. Very poor organisation.
Staff were friendly but not really focused on severing our table. (Pouring drinks, asking how things were, serving cups with cracks).
Overall I would find a different location to eat at next time.
