Ashley, Tom, and Ben are truly the best!
We arrived right as they were closing and getting ready to head home (the website still showed them as open, which wasn’t their fault at all). We were completely fine with leaving, but they insisted we stay. Ben even turned the gas back on so they could take our order.
The food was incredible, authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and the hospitality was absolutely top-notch. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Amazing customer service and an experience we’ll definitely remember. Highly recommend!

Had lunch at Saigon house and it was just okay. The food was was ok but not amazing. The food looked good, better then it tasted. I had the Red Curry chicken with rice and flavor was alright…too much coconut and not enough curry. My wife had Pho and again nothing special but average chain Pho. The best part of the lunch were the fresh rolls and sauce. The server brought us warm water to drink, it was terrible, she did not return to the table to check on us once. I did witness the waitress pick at her face and nose area several times which really threw me off. The restaurant was very smokey as well, like the kitchen vents were not working, left a terrible taste in my mouth and nose. There are many Thai restaurants like this around, I will try a different one next time.

I went to Saigon House Restaurant and ordered the brisket with rare beef pho . I added chicken and a sunny side egg for an extra six dollars, and honestly, it was some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time. This place is a hidden gem .
I also tried the mango smoothie and the lychee lime soda — both were amazing. The drinks were refreshing and full of flavor. I loved the little touches too, like the pickled garlic they brought out, which I had never tried before but absolutely loved. The pickled peppers ️ were super hot but packed with flavor and went perfectly with the pho.
The lady who served us was so kind and welcoming, and she even let us stay after closing so we could finish our meal .
Overall, everything from the food to the drinks to the service was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon .

My wife and I really enjoyed this spot! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and the place smelled incredible and looked nice and clean. We started with the Crispy Krab Rangoon appetizer and loved it. For our mains, we each ordered the Khao Soi – I had it with chicken, and my wife went with tofu – and both were absolutely phenomenal! The portions were generous, and the flavours were spot on.
We did, however, make the mistake of eating the Thai chili pepper that came as a garnish… definitely not recommended (even the server and kitchen staff got a good laugh out of it). Thankfully, we cooled down with a delicious mango smoothie that was as refreshing as it was tasty.
Overall, we highly recommend Saigon House – great food, great service, and a spot we’ll definitely be back to!

Ordered a thai fried rice shrimp. I would call this OK. Not great, good yes, but I wouldnt say it was budget. It would be great if the price was less, nonetheless the shrimp and rice were ok, flavourful not so much but nonetheless, giving 5 stars for a valiant effort. Its tough in this day and age and I imagine this location doesnt bring so much business.

The restaurant is very clean and spacious. The food was good. I would have liked the vegetables to be chopped smaller, more pickled and crunchy. I liked the portion size of meat and the warm noodles. I would definitely return to try the pho next time!

What a gem. The staff are great. The tables are spacious and comfortable. And most importantly, the food is remarkable. We will definitely be back. We had the T4 with Tofu, and T5 with Beef, accompanied by the A2 Fresh Spring Rolls. The sautéed flat noodles were something we haven’t seen or had before and were really impressed with the flavour and texture. Highly recommend trying that dish.

I recently ordered Basil Fried Rice and Pad See Ew for pickup from this Thai restaurant, and overall I had a great experience. When I got home, I noticed there was a small mistake in my order. I called the restaurant to let them know, and their response was excellent. They were polite, understanding, and quickly fixed the issue by sending the correct dish to my home without any hassle.
I really appreciated their customer service and how seriously they took a minor mistake. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and well-flavoured, and the way they handled the situation made the experience even better. It’s rare to see such prompt and caring service. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

The wonton soup with noodles is the best here! My only go to place for this! So tasty and hearty! The pork chop and chicken with rice is also very tasty and tender. Everything that I’ve tried here has been so yummy!
