Saw about them on TikTok and have been wanting to try egusi for years now so I called and even though they’d been closed for almost an hour they told me to pull through. The lady was so sweet and even though I don’t eat vegetables I’ve been wanting to try it for so long and expected not to like it but needed to try and it is so good! I will definitely be back! The sweet lady made it a great experience and the food is amazing!

I highly recommend!!!! I had the Naija bowl with the jollof rice and grilled chicken!!!! It was soooooo good!!!! I got some mild pepper sauce on the side too and it was delicious!!!! I plan on trying the spicy pepper sauce my next visit!!! And the plantains are my favorite!!! I get them every visit!!!!! Food 12/10

I was so elated to find out an African restaurant was coming to a surrounding area near me. The food portion size wasn’t what I’m used to. It was a little on the smaller side. However, it was definitely enough food for a serving size and was seasoned to perfection. The prices are a bit on the higher end especially for the portion size. Hey, I don’t mind paying for quality home-cooked food bursting with flavor pockets and different textures. I would recommend you definitely try them.

Oh man, I meant to take a picture, but as soon as I opened the container, I just started tearing into it! I got the beef bowl with jollof rice, plantains and coleslaw. It had a lot of kick, especially this super flavorful spicy sauce they serve on top, but the coleslaw cooled it off perfectly. This place is amazing – my nose may be running from the spice, but my stomach is thrilled! 10 out of 10, worth the wait.

Not worth the wait at all. I waited an hour just to get to the window, standing outside in the sun and heat with no cover. Then I was told I had to wait another 45 minutes because there were still more orders ahead of mine. On top of that, 6 other people left before they even got their food. It is infuriating that a business owner would keep customers outside waiting in the heat and direct sun while still taking phone orders, knowing how bad the wait already is. When I finally got my food, it was nothing like the one in Jackson. They really need to do better. The service was poor, and I left very disappointed with both the wait and the food.

Baby when I tell you pissed off is not the words that I can’t fully express on this review because of vulgar language I might say because I totally wasted my money none of this food that I got the oxtails was not done The turkey wings were not done the egusu was scorched horrible waited 2 hours for this it could have at least been done wasted $52 of my hard earned money I’m so beyond mad and now they won’t even answer the phone so I can complain so here it is

Jamba Jollof is absolutely amazing! It offers some of the best African food we’ve ever tasted! Our favorite is the jollof rice, which is a flavorful but kid-friendly dish! In addition to delicious food, Jamba Jollof has the absolute best customer service. The owners are so devoted to ensuring orders are delicious and fresh!
